Don't get down about your weight loss, you are 8lb lighter. As Tracey said you must remember all that goes in your mouth contains cals. The tabs aren't magic you have to cut down on the overall intake and particularly the bad stuff and that (sorry) includes the wiskey; though I didn't think you really drank much anyhow?
Maybe try keeping a food diary for a few days, it'll make you really aware of the nibbles.
Stick with it and you'll get it off.
