morning after the night before..........................no headache.....no sickness.......................no swimming:eek: not on today as bank hol. my halo was in place last night only had two whiskeys:D total control.

no swimming or golf lessons today,but i just been to the driving range.:eek: one shot good one shot bad

i am hiding from the scales until they behave!!!!!!!!!!!!!
