Well I might have had a busy day yesterday but today has been completely the opposite. I didn't set my alarm so I just slept until I was ready to wake up, which turned out to be 11am. I must've needed it!!
I had all these grand plans to go to B&Q to get some new garden plants etc, but the weather is awful, so even if I went I wouldn't be putting them out. So I decided to have a pyjama day, I've caught up with my farm on Farm Town on Facebook, I'm having a little catch up on here and then I'm just going to watch some dvd's. And the best of it is, whatever I was going to do today can be done tomorrow, because it's a bank holiday!!!
As for the diet, I think at the end of each day I'm going to keep a note of everything I've had during the day, and the times I had it. I don't know what that'll achieve, but it might help.... Who knows... it used to help when I was doing SW. It might just focus my mind a bit.
I'm doing SS this week, started yesterday, I know I won't have a loss on Wednesdays WI because of my little rebellion. I have been lucky and only put 1lb on after eating the other day. So hopefully the fact that I'll only be having 500ish calories will still mean that I'll lose weight. Fingers crossed. Can I lose 2lbs in 3 days??
