Surfhunny's Countdown to Florida

Grrr I don't know what it is with me and technology at the moment, first my iPhone now my wireless router is on the blink. At first I couldn't get a signal on my laptop so I reset it and now I can't get coverage on my phone or kindle :( I don't have 3G coverage either but never have where I live, so I'm on a total go slow :cry: . This accounts for me being AWOL for the next day or two while I get it sorted!!! Boo to technology!!!
 
Just thought I would stop by to see how you are doing! I have made a brief return before I head off into the world of cal counting in a few weeks! Your diary is one of the first I read on here and it totally inspired me, you will never know how your words got me through some very hairy cake moments! Wishing you lots and lots of success xx

Aw thanks SR when I started it I never really expected anyone to read it let alone be inspired. Its lovely to hear I've actually helped someone with my ramblings! Good luck with it xx
 
Warning Look Away Now If You're Squeamish!!!

I'm about to post some pictures....

They are my 'before' pictures, taken about a month apart. Its what has prompted me to get my finger out and do this 80 Fat Blast. I can't look like this any longer!! They are horrific, but are a good reminder that I no longer want to be this person anymore. By putting them on here I am taking responsibility for my dieting!
 
Please note the sturdy sports bra is not what I'd choose to wear every day lol, it was just after a session of 30 Day Shred. I'm upset that I let myself get back to this level, but I'm taking action, and I'm still not as fat as I used to be!!!!!!

Eek, I don't know about doing that just yet lol. I know hardly anyone reads this so I was feeling a bit brave. Don't know if im ready to go that public just yet, I will at the end though, or maybe when I don't look like that anymore!!

I totally hate my top belly and I have no idea how to make it go away, think I'm stuck with it, it's gross :cry:
 
Right shall ive just looked at your pics again and can defo see a difference in the firmness of your tummy area.. is this from shred??

if so i would like to know more lol... do u have to do it everyday? x

Yep Shanny it must be from Shred, I doubt 5 days of CD would do it!! I think you'd love Shred, you do it every day, but it's only 20 minutes but it's hardcore. I love it!! You need lightish handweights mine are 2.2lbs and a mat if you don't have carpet. Have a look on amazon or there's a section in fitness on here for Shred.

Are those before and after pics? The first one you could see a real change in your legs. You can see the top of your calf has muscled up, your thighs are thinner and your bum looks perter!

Top marks to you sal. I think I might take some 'before' picture tonight, I shant be posting mine up though! But if I had a figure like yours I would be...I can understand how you feel about your body, but you do need to remember that you are not a big as you used to be, there are a lot of people much bigger than you and you have got GREAT legs! :)
 
They're kind of before and before pics really the first one is before shred the second is about 14 days of shred but before dieting, hope that makes sense lol. I've started over with shred so I'm 5 days in with the diet and 4 days in with shred! I'm going to take pics every 20 days so hopefully the next will be more noticeable!

I put them up as a massive reminder to me to keep going with both!!!
 
You are doing really well. I'm doing rubbish. Got to Thursday and was not hungry but Friday I broke it! Also scales were going up and crazily enough not down! I'm actually more than last week! 2lbs up!!! Crackers, bonkers!!!!

I'm going to have to start running again! It's the only way! I stopped cause of my sore throats then I had a month of feeling like I was really recovering from it and I damaged the ligament in my side so I've been popping tramadol and volterol! Also taking 2 Prozac now as I've been feeling very violent lately, aggressive!
 
I don't know why the scales are misbehaving for you. I wish I could help, hopefully running will sort it out!! I think so long as you keep fighting and don't give up things won't get out of control, like it did for me, I totally let things slide because I was sick of the constant battle against the bulge. Now I've pretty much realised that it's going to be a permanent battle I'm dealing with it head on, I'm never going to give up.

I think you're the same as me, refuse to give up, we will beat the fat demons (lol that makes the demons sound like they have a weight problem - in fact maybe they do :p )
 
:) so funny. I need to ditch these demons then I'll be the right weight. Going to have to keep a food diary!

I've got 6 episodes of Australia's Biggest Loser to watch thanks to Rugbykirsty, she told me it was on Sky LivingIt. I've got it series linked on Sky+ my Sky hard drive is going to be totally taken up with Biggest Loser inspiration!! :D :D Thanks Kirsty!!
