I'm starting 100% from 2nd Jan and I'll probably have at least 3st to lose too!! I'd love to get to target ASAP but as we all know as soon as I start setting goals my body rebels so I'll get there when I get there! So long as its before September I'll be happy.

You'll easily lose 3st by the time you go back to work!!
 
I'm starting another 80 Day Fat Attack on 2nd Jan. hopefully this one will be more successful! It's 11 and a half weeks so fingers crossed I WILL be at target by then!!
 
I've learned something new this morning!! I read an article in the Daily Mail about dieters who've got to target. And I feel all motivated and positive. Sooooo I need to be constantly finding articles and success stories like these to keep up my own motivation and positivity.

I might see if my CDC will order me the CD magazines and I might have a look and buy the SW ones again. I'm strong enough to look at the recipes in there it'll be like food porn!

hi sally. trying to catch up. i have a 'free' afternoon. put tv on for the kids when i got home. i went to school for a plannng meeting today. 9-12am. was only expecting it to take an hour. then i picked up dude, then emily then i went back to the school with info i'd fogotten to bring in. then i set about gutting the car. stopped to do the kids dinner, which i ended up having some of (3 pieces of oven pizza), finished the car, filed everything. now on my computer. i need to get on with the planning. it's not hard as most of it is done for me but i will need to dig things out of the loft too. year 4/5/6 stuff.

i think i'm more tired when i don't do anything than if i do do something. i've read the stories you posted from the daily mail thing.

i start back at school on the tuesday 3rd jan. have had to book emily in to the school holiday club for those 3 days. wasn't expecting to start back so early. :( anyway i'll be back on diet from 3rd jan. i'm having a weigh day on the 2nd but we are out to a panto that afternoon so it will be my last escape before the term begins. i'm hoping to put on no more than 7lbs and try hard to STS but i have to say i've had a no go week. i've been so busy i've not stuck to plan (810). christmas has started early for me. i've done no exercise this week with being so busy. teaching zumba tonight but back to the gym next week.

i think that if all goes well over xmas and i do only put on 7lbs then i'll have 21lbs to goal. if i'm 100% then it'll be end of jan/beginning of feb. :)

Hiya I'm off work on holiday until Wednesday :) been shopping with mum today, been all over!

I found out today that Tesco stock the Women's Health magazine, which I've only been able to get in the States so I'm happy!! I bought that and the SW magazine for the inspirational stories. I feel slightly smug when I read that it's taken them like 2 years to lose 2st. I know I shouldn't because every diet has its merits but I can't help thinking they could do that in a couple of months with CD. But reading the stories still helps me to remember I can do it.

Not looking forward to WI tomorrow, haven't touched cd product since the projectile puking. Partly because I have not wanted to and partly because I just have no appetite at all. I've picked on things here and there and tried to keep my water up but I'm just not hungry. I know I'll have gained because of what I've picked on and that I'll be retaining water too.

I'll just have to be honest with my CDC and explain why I haven't done CD this week. I've just felt a bit blurgh about it really. Having said that I'm looking forward to the new year and the new start of my next 80 Days!
 
Time of year Sally just posted bout this in my diary. Just not interested in my cd food or any proper food!
 
It's just not like me at all, normally at Christmas I'm all about the food, but not this year, very strange! Could it be possible that I've changed my wicked ways?
 
it happens every single christmas though, no matter what weight i am. i like the hungry feeling but don't like to eat. it's just like i can't be bothered. no don't get me wrong.... if someone was to put a nice meal in front of me i'd eat it but i can't be bothered cooking. came home from zumba and wasn't hungry. eventually at 9pm i made a small sarnie!
 
Just read through those stories on your link, and it has made me feel more determined. I might have to start buying these inspirational magazines as well.

Another thing that has inspired me was going through my box of 'smaller' clothes that i have been saving for the day I could fit back in them - and finding a lot are now to big. In fact, maybe I should keep some just to try on every so often and remind me of what I was.

I don't even feel hungry, I said that to my mum yesterday. I felt starving in Sunday morning after my sickness but since then nothing, it's weird! I'm picking because I feel like I need to eat something not because I'm hungry. It's too weird.

I kept a pair of size 24 jeans that I'd cut the label out of to remind me how far I'd come and never to go back there again! I've got a wardrobe full of clothes I'm trying to get back into. I had a good rummage through it all the other day in the aim of getting rid and making space but I want to wear it all again.
 
Just about to go in for what is more than likely going to be my first gain in 12 weeks :cry: oh well better suck it up and get on with it!
 
You never know the scales might surprise you!

Well I only gained 1lb!! I think that's reasonable considering the week I've had plus I'm due TOTM any day now!
