Afternoon Sal and Shanny --

I did not weigh this morning, but I think I am going to get back to the CD810 at the very least. So far okay. I think I'll do like last year and work on losing this week and weigh on the second -- that way I won't know just how much I've undone over the past few weeks. It worked last year (I weighed the same on Jan. 2nd that I had weighed in October.)

Congrats on getting back at it so quickly -- to the next 80 days!
 
i'm really weak willed lately. feeling like a heafer :(
 
Ha ha I'm weak willed too lol, have caved in already this afternoon sadly. I know why as well. New Year is looming and I had planned on SSing through it but I think my SIL has other ideas so I figure I'd try and stick with 810 to 1000 until then and stick with my original plan of starting properly on the 2nd! I'll keep an eye on the scales to make sure there's no further upward movement though.

Anyway I just noticed that UK's Biggest Loser starts on ITV next Tuesday at 9 I think, will have to check out that time.

i want bob! i need bob here, right now to kick my butt. i won't be suprised if my gain is 7-10lbs already. i'm off to the gym tomorrow. got planning to do (for the 4th) and then some new zumba routines to learn (for the 5th). i usually don't eat at all when i'm in school so shakes are ideal.
 
I'm back at the gym tomorrow too Nikki :) I also craved in Sal had a sandwich in town lol... Oh well say 1 again tomorrow oh I'm looking forward to BL soon.

I've just done the zumba on the wii was good but doesn't bet my classes.

My Christmas gain was 3 lbs :( I feel heavier thou.! X

I feel rubbish only my leggings feel comfortable on ATM don't know why.. I'm going to mix CD and exante together from today.. 4 weeks of the diet should sort me out I'm hoping

i was going to do 810 today but i decided to have wheatabix for brekkie. might have it for lunch and tea too. :eek:
 
I'm going to do CD today but I'm nights tonight and no doubt there'll be goodies (baddies) brought in. This time of year people bring all their unwanted treats in. I'll try to avoid as much as possible and once I'm in ketosis nights will be much easier but for now I'll just minimize the damage as best I can.

Tomorrow will be easy, shake before bed, sleep most of the day then cram in a couple of shakes before bed again.

I need to find out what SIL has planned for NYE if it's something I can duck out of I could be in ketosis by next year lol. We'll see but 2nd of Jan is the absolute start!!! No ifs no buts!! Need to do this!!!

I'm clearing my signature in preparation for lots of nice losses in 2012 :)

Just had a thought while I was writing in Shannys diary. I really want an ipad, my mum got one for christmas and i love it. So I'm going to buy myself an iPad but I need to save up for it. I'll have to do CD in order to save money. The iPad will be my treat for getting to target! So if I want my iPad I've got to get to target! Simples!

It's brilliant Shan!! I'm not still doing it but it's amazing for lifting and toning, so in saving it for when I'm near the end, because it's so great. I feel like its a bit of a waste of time doing it while I'm still so porky.
