Still waiting for the results from the Drs, I rang yesterday only to be told the Dr wasn't in and asked to ring back today. Rang back today, Dr still hasn't looked at my results so they can't be released, waiting for them to phone me back now grr, if it is an infection it'll probably cure itself before I get these sodding results 
I'd better not have this carry on when I get the biopsy results from my neck. The annoying thing is I 'could' just look them up at work, but I won't because it's totally unethical.
My neck feels so much better though, it was really itchy yesterday but that's a good sign, change of dressing later so I'll have a good look at it, the stitches are due to come out on Thursday, can't wait to get rid of the giant white dressings!

I almost forgot to PM you my weigh in (I hope the scales at group say the same tomorrow!)
I'm glad you are healing!
I bought one in 2010 -- and ended up selling it to a friend who broke her phone and was desperate. I, finally, got around to buying another in late 2011 and DH decided it was time he had a mobile (never had one!), so he took it! So, I FINALLY bought myself another! Oh, and I bought my son one in 2010 (the first one I bought). He is still using his -- loves it. Does not want an upgrade.

Day 1 is finally in the bag!! I feel more prepared now than I have done for a while. My fridge is stocked with bottled water, fizzy and still, coke zero and a bottle of Dr Pepper zero. I've got emergency cans of tuna in the cupboard and I've ordered a few bits and bobs from Slim and Save (Spag Bol and chilli) for if I need savoury fix. I'm good to go!!
I've got an interim target of 30lbs by the 28th of April, one of my colleagues is retiring and having a fancy do at a local hotel (Judges Nikki). I want to look and feel good for that. My gain wasn't as bad as anticipated considering I've lived off take aways and comfort food for almost a month. 12lbs might seem like a lot to others but to me it's not much.
I'm still nowhere near my start weight, no matter what's happened in my life, break ups, deaths, work stresses, I've never ever gone back to my start weight, and I'm quite proud of that!! My CDC pointed that out to me the other day, she said she's got a couple of clients who've come back to her bigger than when they first started, and she's glad I'm not one of them.
In total i need to lose 51lbs!! And I need to act now or September will come and I'll still be 50lbs overweight on my big holiday. NOT HAPPENING!!!! NOT THIS TIME!!!!

i'm having this weekend off (again) seeing julie monday but not getting weighed. have not been well at all. lost voice etc. have found out i've tennis elbow too, have had it 5 weeks and just put up with it! starting monday fresh, have had valentines meal tonight instead of tuesday. we've got cards to give on tuesday. hubby got me a charm for my bracelet after me kicking off!

Ergh night shift tonight not looking forward to it I really struggle with the diet on nights and it's only day 2 for me. I've already had to fend off my colleagues who want me to get a take away with them, I said no and I'm not taking any money do I can't change my mind when they order.
I've had 2 tetras so far and I'm going to take a porridge and a couple more tetras with me.

Boo no Mel they didn't I made it to midnight then caved in when people were getting their 'lunches' man these night shifts are killing me
Hiya Nikki, been playing on my new phone which came this morning, can't believe I only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today, that's good service!!
App is playing up, I added photo but it went on its side and when I try to delete it app kicks me off minis lol so sideways pic it is, if people can even see it at all.
