I still set my alarm for 9am because if I didn't I'd sleep all day long, I'm terrible. Its because I seem to go to bed later and later. I think it's because I'm not doing much during the day so I feel like I should set an alarm, or I'm in danger of becoming nocturnal
I've just been watching Embarrassing Bodies and a couple of years ago I had an itchy rash like the one on tonights episode, I'd been prescribed antihistamines for a different type of itchy rash on my hands, which is caused by heat and is pretty much limited to my hands. But then I got this other rash all over and it was horrible, the GP thought it was because I'd been on CD and was introducing food my body no longer recognised, but after a lot of trips to the Docs it turned out it was the antihistamines I'm allergic to. Typical of me, being allergic to the very thing they use to treat allergies.
Ha ha nothing to do with diets so far in this post. Just the programme remind me about my own allergy.
Hopefully by tomorrow night I should be back in ketosis. Today has been okay, not hungry like I was yesterday. I've had an SS+ day today and will again tomorrow, purely because I've got cottage cheese that needs using up, so I'll finish that tomorrow and continue with SS.
Feeling positive, I've done the first of the tasks set by the diet book, and that's to write down all the advantages of losing weight. I have to read these cards twice a day and more if I get any negative or sabotaging thoughts.
Tomorrow I have to choose my diet and back-up diet. Clearly CD is my diet and SW will be my back-up. Not sure why 2 diets will find out tomorrow I guess. Keep you posted.
