Have to say t low fat superquinn ones are only 2 and as good if not better! N my mum buys them most of the time x x

Do ya think so Sue? I have to say I dont agree.. Not with the deals they do now in Tesco etc..
Tho i do know its worth it when getting things like nappies, baby wipes etc..

Hmm i tink t drink is so cheap compared to republic. Its just t pwtrol goin up n bk. Uk is also dearer for petrol atm so maybe the same for t north? X

Aye I've heard its going the other way around now, they're coming over the border to full their tanks lol. Dublin is mad expensive for fuel, places like monaghan have it cheap enough!
I don't drink that much really so wouldn't be bothered either way HAHA! x

There's a garage in Ballymount and one in ballyfermot that do cheap diesel. Think it's 135

Its not really by choice.. I have IBS and ready meals tend to trigger pain so I steer clear.. Wasn't always the case.. I'd say I grew up eating processed foods.. Probably why/how I developed IBS in the first place..
But I love cooking so its not so bad..
I will confess tho I do something make a double batch of something and freeze half so I have my version of a ready meal for those lazy days

I'm not really a treats/cake kinda person so i dont buy them.. Tho if they're in the press (cupboard) i'd mill them.. They'd not last very long.. So I dont buy them

Oh myyyy, i have IBS ... feckin hate it! just strikes wen it wants - last couple of days ive been so bloated i look about 8months pregnant !! and the pain sometimes, wow - it hurts man !!!

Oh God it surely does.. Tho thankfully I dont suffer the pain too much.. Just the unpleasantness and bloating and the 'bla' feeling.. Sticking to WW really helps tho coz I eat properly.. Tho I duno if its just me but sometimes eating veg triggers it too.. It (sorry serious TMI to follow) blocks me up

Hehee, i think every bloody single food is my trigger food .... i ate about 100g of cooked pasta for my dinner one day .... bam ..... 8months pregnant and pain you would wanna punch your stomach for .... i think mine is greatly induced by stress tbh .... and dont worry, 10 times out of 10 - im ALWAYS blocked up .... unless i take a laxative .. which is rubbish compared to some ppl, who can go twice a day ... gets me down .....are u on medication ? i occasionally take mebeverine but it dont work .. and buscopan does nowt for me either ...

Do you eat white or brown pasta? I have found am not quite so bloated eating brown now.. Still a bit 'bla' but not as bad..
Am not on medication as my doctor says he can't prescribe anything with an "official diagnosis".. And to get that I have to go have a colonoscopy!!! So i'm doing without.. Ain't nothing going up there!!!!!!!
As for taking laxatives... Ha! They do feck all for me!! Maybe a little fart :8855::8855:

My doctor 'unofficially' diagnosed me.. I was getting really bloated and wouldn't go toilet for weeks.. feeling really crappy n unenergetic.. And the pain I got (that made me go get checked) was unmerciful! No matter what way I sat/stood/lay/bent..nothing would ease it.. Pain killers weren't even touching it!! I called the emergency doctor out n all.. Was SO close to calling an ambulance.. Thought my insides were gona burst the pain was so bad.. Felt as tho all my organs had swollen and cudn't fit inside me.. It was agonising.. :cry:
