Managed to stick to the planned meal of beef & cabbage. Felt very full afterwards even though I didn't eat that much.

Looking forward to getting back onto TS tomorrow.

Not looking forward to the plank challenge though cos my abdominal muscles have started to ache after the 1st day. Suppose that means its working though.

didn't manage the 10,000 steps today. That will teach me for spending too much time on this laptop!

Feeling tired & up early tomorrow so will say good night. Have a good day tomorrow everyone x

Evening everyone

So today has been tough getting back to TS. Its strange how that one day off mucks about with you food thoughts, I had to keep leaving the office today because every time I was left alone in there my eyes kept drifting over to the tubs of chocolates on the desk. Struggling to get the water down today too for some reason.

One more pack to go & another 2000 steps to get to the 10,000 target.

Managed the plank challenge for the 2nd day but boy do my muscles hurt lol

We have just been invited out to dinner so that will be 2 food nights in March now. Why does socialising involve so much eating for most people.
Still hopefully by then I would have lost another stone at least.

Hope so Darcy. Need to get my head focused again. Every now & then that little voice appears telling me a little bit of food wont matter but we all know where that will lead . Doesn't help when everyone else is sitting here crunching pringles.x

Keep going Susie. You're doing so well with the challenge :) I know exactly what you mean about socialising with food. It just makes your heart sink! Hey, let's all meet up and have a shake and a sparkling water or two!Errrr.... No. Food, food and more food!
