Evening everyone
So today has been tough getting back to TS. Its strange how that one day off mucks about with you food thoughts, I had to keep leaving the office today because every time I was left alone in there my eyes kept drifting over to the tubs of chocolates on the desk. Struggling to get the water down today too for some reason.
One more pack to go & another 2000 steps to get to the 10,000 target.
Managed the plank challenge for the 2nd day but boy do my muscles hurt lol
We have just been invited out to dinner so that will be 2 food nights in March now. Why does socialising involve so much eating for most people.
Still hopefully by then I would have lost another stone at least.

A WS day is still a huge calorie deficit so you would have had to eat a lot of salmon to make an impact! Chin up

Susie, your friend is leaving and it was a lovely idea you having salmon and salad and its a completely healthy choice too. It was nice that you could share that & time together before she leaves. Don't worry about it, enjoy the memory being with her. Tomorrow is a brand new day! Sometimes you have to make exceptions for certain things. (I love Rum & Coke so I hear you there!)

Today may have turned into a WS day but you've still succeeded hun! It was nice of your friend to get something healthy for you instead of something unhealthy. Sometimes these things are needed xx
