Susie58- 2014 the year of my success

Morning all

Day 1/28 done, thank goodness for that. Slight headache this morning so I must have put myself out of ketosis at some point over the last couple of days.

Really wanted chocolate last night but resisted. Still could have eaten chocolate for breakfast this morning but didn't, had a porridge instead :D.

Cant wait to get back into the swing of things, feel so much better while I'm on TS.

Anyway, been round the lake with the dog. Lovely & sunny out today, certainly lifts the mood. No plans for this afternoon. Just going to watch mu OH fix the fence.

I've actually discovered that the double chocolate bars are quite nice if you microwave them for 30 seconds. Until now I've not been keen on the new bars and have been freezing them but microwaved the chocolate one is a bit like a chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce. Don't know about the raspberry yoghurt ones though - don't think there's anything you can do to make them anything other than just bearable!
Well done for yesterday - I got through it even though I had a headache last night. I'm fine today though. Have had a porridge and a coke zero so far. We're both back on day 2 Susie! If we come back straight away after a blip then the damage will be minimal!

Haven't got any of the Exante bars Lynne. I have some s&s ones from before but keep them for when I am at work. Easier to eat them when driving around rather than mucking about with a shake.

My thoughts last night & this morning were in the form of cream eggs though !!!. As soon as you walk into the super markets you can see all the Easter eggs.

Still after seeing how good MM is looking in her jeans nothing like that is going to pass through my lips for a long time.

You are so right in that we can do this as long as we get straight back on track, just need to keep those positive thoughts at the front of our brains rather than pushing them to some where else further away xx

Day 3/28 TS.

Heads aching like a goodun, hopefully should be gone by tomorrow. Not managed any packs yet but will force myself to have a Vanilla shake in a minute. Really isn't worth getting of plan for longer than a day. I must remember that next month:doh:

Just had a phone call from work asking me to go in tomorrow on my day off due to there only being one other nurse on duty. Was looking forward to a lay in but will have to drag myself up extra early now. Everyone say aaah.

Oh dear! Hang in there! I remember starting this time I had to waitress on the eve of day 1, actually thought I was going to die lol!! You should feel miles better tomorrow anyway when ketosis kicks in :D x
 
Well done Susie, the good thing about going into work tomorrow is that at least the day will pass more quickly :)
