Thanks everyone, had a brilliant day. The ceremony was very emotional. Lots of smiles & tears.

Champagne & Pimms flowing through out the afternoon. Lost count in the end :eek:.

BBQ was laid on too so have eaten quite a bit. Feel tired now so glass of water & bed as back to work tomorrow.

This morning I had another gain & dread to think what the consequences of today are weight wise.

Back on TS tomorrow till holiday on 23/9 which is 70 days. Decided I'm not going to weigh until next Wednesday cos I will be disheartened tomorrow if I weigh. Rather wait till I have a week on track under my belt.

What's your target loss for holiday Susie? I'll match your aim :) I deffo want to be in the 11s!

Hi Kylie, I would love to be in the 11s too by holiday so will aim for 11.7lb (was hoping for 10.13 but thats not going to happen now). so that averages out at about 4lb a week x

So glad you had a perfect day, don't worry about any gain as whatever it is it'll be worth it - I agree with the staying off the scales if you think it'll send you on a downward.

Good luck for day one, you can so do this and be at the weight you want for your holiday xx

So day 1/70 restart. Had one bar so far & 2L of water. Starting to get a headache but doubt its a sign of ketosis yet.

Plan to have a choc shake pancake in a bit & a shepherds pie later on.

Feels good to be back Tsing and to have no food decisions to make apart from which pack I fancy.

Have appt with GP tomorrow for foot update. Doubt there will be much more she can do about it but we shall see.

Returned back to work today only to be told that management want to know all of our annual leave dates up to next April by next week or else we will be told when to take them!!. How are we suppose to know all of the dates that far in advance fgs. Not happy at all. Roll on retirement is all I can say x
 
Glad you're happy to be back on TS, it does make life easier doesn't it ;)

Not good news about work and your annual leave, it's not always that easy to plan it all, especially occasional days etc - I'm looking forward to retirement too lol xx

I had to book ALL of my holidays for 2014 in october last year!!! Now thats bad!!

Absolutely disgraceful. work intruding into your personal life. How could you possibly predict that far in advance !!!

No Shrimp, not allowed to change them. Not officially allowed any annual leave between December & March either. Have to take annual leave if children/parents are sick so what do you do if its all been pre booked on the rota & no days left over. Complete & utter codswallop.:confused:.
 
End of day 1/70 & good diet day. Only had 3L of water though so will up that to 4L tomorrow. Headache a bit better so will be good if that's the end of it.

Need to lose about 4lb a week to get to new holiday target so must stick to it now. No time for any deviations from now on & no more changing the goals which I have done a couple of times lately :sigh:.

Weighed myself 2 days ago & I have estimated my weight gain since yesterday's eating & drinking session as not getting onto scales till next week, hopefully by then I will be back in the 13s

Been to doc's & to continue anti inflammatory. Its ok to use exercise bike so that's good. Too hot today though, Just had to stop gardening as its baking here.

Vanilla shake pancake
Shepherds Pie
4L water
1 or 2 Coke Zero's

Hope ketosis comes quickly, really need to start things rolling again.

Must admit it was a relief Yoyo. Exercise is make or break with me I have finally discovered :rolleyes:. Feeling more positive this morning so roll on the 13s & hopefully the 11s for holiday x
 
You can do it Susie, when you're focussed you're very strict with yourself and that's the hardest part really, keeping that focus and motivation. Your holiday will be perfect at whatever weight you are but you'll feel so much better no matter what weight if you know that you've given 100%.

You'll do it Susie :) back in the 13s in no time, then whooshing through to the 11s for holidays :)

One thing for sure is that I am going to be lighter than I am now, that's a definite. Really don't want to have to squeeze my backside & tummy into the seats on the aircraft ever again :rolleyes: x
