Thanks Melanie. I ordered the WW prune yogurts but they delivered the Activia ones instead, 8 of them. I can't waste them and they are quite nice. Better than all the chocolate I've been eating.

I mostly went back to green days although yesterday was a mix2match days. I find I overeat on EE. If I take some chicken out of the freezer I might do EE today as I fancy a curry but then back to green. It seems to work better for me.

Well ahd to get Jessie to the vet today. She was really bad during the night. Couldn't stop shivering and having difficulty breathing again. Vet said her heart rate was 180 double what it should be and her breaths were 4 times as many as she was struggling to get oxygen. The tablets don't seem to be doing her much good at the moment. The vet gave her an injection of a diuretic and another heart tablet. I've got to take her back tomorrow morning. The vet says that if the additional tablets don't help her then theres not much else they can do.
