Susiewoosies numb

Hi there. I'm cool today. Dad got up with Sascha (my dog) today so I had a long lie in.

Trying EE again today.

B: Weetabix and s milk
L: Probablt fruit and yogurt
D: Meatballs in tomato sauce and spaghetti
 
I changed luch and had some syn free sausages and salad. That was yummy as well. With the meatballs I cut 2 babybels in quarters and moulded the mince round them. The pasta sauce is just onions, chopped tomatoes with basil and some passata. Just gonna try them now
 
ooh love th meatball idea tell me what they were like :D
 
They would have been nicer if I'd remembered to season them.:eek: I made them quite big as well. The dogs had one each and I've frozen 4 of them in sauce.
 
ooh yummy seasoning would have been nice Ilike things a bit spicy :)
aw bet the dogs loved it nice treat lol
 
Ok I had a mix2match day today

L: syn free sausages, bacon, eggs, toast (1b)
D: Batchelors noodles
Snacks: apples and bananas
Syns mini mars, mini milky way.

Feeling quite low, worked out it seems to be every 4 weeks ish. I'm on the pill but still getting the hormonal symptons.

Sorry to hear your still suffering each month. I remember hearing that evening primrose oil can help. I'm going to try it myself, because I was a monster this month - my poor boyfriend! :sigh:

Hi thanks for that. I'm just in a not good place at the moment and I don't want to bring anyone down with me if you know what I mean.

I seem to be living on chocolate which isn't helping matters at the mo.

I think as long as I get a sts this week then I won't feel too disapointed then need to get my head back in it from next weel.

Hey everyone well hopefull I'm back on track. I put 1.5lb on this week and I think thats maybe what I needed to do to get back on track.

So here we go:

B: no brekkie as didn't get up in time.
L: quorn and apple burger with bacon with cheese in a sandwich. (1hea, 1heb)
D: Goulash with extra swede, leeks and some potato (1heb)
snacks: jelly yogurt.
try and keep away from the chocolate :D
