Suz's weight loss diary - struggling this week :(

ah your great girls, your always here to keep me positive! where would i be without you?....probably raiding the fridge! hehe
 
Noreen blackett(my long & bumpy journey) dunno if you are familiar wth her site? She used to have a pic of 1lb of fat & it was next to a mug & it was roughly the same size:eek: I printed it off & used to look at it whenever i felt that 1lb down wasnt good enough.
It truly is gross & makes me v happy to know that 1lb of yellow fat isnt lingering on my body somewhere! x

well heres to hoping that i loose my mug of fat this week then :)
 
know im late but well done on your loss this week - like has been said, its more than you think and so much easier to gain weight than lose, so any loss is a worthy one :D well done xxx

morning hun, yeah i have been 100% everyday, dont seem to be finding it that hard so will keep at it!

for the past few days ive been craving some naughty food! really could just eat burger and chips or a really nice curry! have the points so just need to convince dh to take me for dinner out sometime!

I had such a craven yesterday!
I drove past McDonalds on my way home from the gym and got a huge craven for a McChicken sandwich! Yummy! I wonder how many points that would be?! hmm lol

morning girls :)

well yesterday was not a good day! dh took me for a pub lunch and i had chicken tikka masala and then had sticky toffee pudding! had the points for the curry just not the pud! oh well, back to it today-you've got to have a life too havent you! not sure il ever be able to 100% follow the plan as what i want when i go out is usually the highpoint variety and i just think im going to have what i want as its a treat to have dinner out.
am back to it today, will try to claw back some points but not going to be stressing myself out, if i deny myself things il not make this a way of life longterm and thats my second ultimate goal after loosing the weight i want.

I totally agree with you, when i can be 100% i will but i no this wont last as i have about 1 stone more to loose as i no this will come of slow as i still want a life inbetween.

I have in the past been really good pointing meals out & choosing the good options but you know what ive started to think b*ggar it ill have a treat when im out & eat what i want within reason.
I only feel deprived if i go out & have a salad for goodness sake! xxx
 
hey girls, well todays not been my best either! totm is on its way and think this is probably why im feeling munchy! all i can do id plod along and hope tomorrow is better food wise, think il be lucky if its a sts this week but hey ho!

Well feeling dissapointed with myself with my bad choices today. Have just popped on the scales to see what damage iv done and by some miracle they are still saying 10.09!!! Had to get back on and off just to be sure I'd seen correct lol. Feeling more positive now, was just what I needed :)
