well what a day off ww ive had, been craving it like mad all week and what do you know its ALWAYS dissapointing and not as good as you dreamed!
 
Wow another pound off! you are a perfect example of how ww works with 1-2 pounds off each week,me on the other hand am a very bad example of how not to do it!:D

So true about how you get used to feeling slim tho I was thinking that the other day!
I can still find a bit of flab to grab tho(think i always will!).

You'll get back into it this week charly I have a good feeling! I think us women could be a size 10 a d still find something were not happy with couldn't we!

Woke up feeling so rotten today, not sure if it's connected or not but since restarted ww I seem to have been I'll so much! Todays it's a bad tummy and pounding head- could be the big tasty I had yesterday though as hubby feeling the same at work. Working tomorrow so I best feel better for then!

Funny actually cos my tummy is really delicate since doing ww!
The worst thing for me is foods causing a really windy/collicky tummy that is so painful its untrue.:(
Heartburn sometimes rears its ugly head aswell & i havnt had that for years!
Mind you its better than being overweight so ill put up with it! x

well today, I've felt ill on and off :( really not like me to keep getting sick so feeling very fed up now about that. Stayed within points today- under infact which is a rarity for me on 20pts.

B- cheerios (1.5) semi skimmed milk (1)
d- two toasted crumpets (2) flora (1) strawberry custard (3-shared with Lucas lol)
t- pea and ham soup (3) ww naan bread(1.5) wotsits (1.5) hot choc drink (0.5) and a banana (1.5)

16.5/20- 3.5 saved for meal out Friday evening :)
 
are you getting enough vitamin c / other vitamins? if i'm getting sick often, then i tend to ramp up the vit c and it helps you stop getting run down :) x
 
I'm thinking I'm not getting my 5 a day rach tbh, really shall try harder when I can face food properly again x

thankfully my working day is done and now im not in til the weekend ;)

been okish with food today but have used the points i saved yesterday (for meal out friday) and 1 or 2 more i think!

b-2 x crumpets (2) flora (1)
d - tuna mayo sandwhich (shop bought and 10.5 pts when ive checked!grrr) kp salt and vinegar crisps (2)
snack kitkat (5)
t-2x ww bread (1) 30g of ham (0.5) 1 cheese triangle (0.5) 2 x choc digestives (3)

oh dear 25.5 out of 23.5-MUST try harder tomorrow

have a feeling this week isnt going to be good. have a evening out on friday planned which involves a meal, was doing ok til the tuna butty from point hell was eaten today and then today me and some girl friends have decided it would be nice to do lunch on friday and im so not going to be sat there munching a salad lol while they have sticky toffee pudding.
 
10.5 for a tuna sandwich?!?! that is madness!!! I hope it was jolly nice!! :D xx
 
well it was good but nothing special-dont know why i thought that was a god choice cos i did look at the nv's am hoping that i wrote the wrong numbers down lol-should have stuck to trusty chicken or turkey! lol

its was one from thw butty lady at work-just a local firm thats does hospital butties lol. it was only 2 slices of wholemeal bread (which i would say 3 pts for, a tin of tuna is only 2 and there was no where near that but i guess the mayo was full fat and not light so maybe a couple of points plus the spread-i guess it does all add up!
really need to get my bum into gear and start takin food with me cos the mid morning coffee break trips for a kitkat is costing me 5 pts.
 
Don't worry Suz. We are all entitled to one of those ;-) I had an indian on saturday (Korma) and with all good intentions scoffed the lot hehehe I think we deserve the odd treat now :)
