Suz's weight loss diary - struggling this week :(

Oh the market sounds really good, iv always wanted to visit Germany or somewhere for the Xmas markets.

If I save these 6 pts today I will have 9.5 in my bank which will give me 29.5 to play with tomorrow plus Saturday to save some too before I weigh in on sunday

I couldnt resist, spent 3 of my saved points on a piece of the white choccie- it was good, my poor tummys grumbling roll on tomorrow when I'm sat in a pub having some good grub! This week is gonna be a gain but that's ok :)

Morning girls:) well what a day yesterday was. Had a really good time catching up with my friends and ate lots of yummy food and then last night me and hubby had a really good time and ate even more yummy food! Tomorrow is deffo a gain lol oh well back to it today x

Thankyoy chic, well I have been good all day at work, took my 0 pt soip for dinner and had 7 pts left which I did fully intend to save. That was until I saw hubby had bought a jam sponge cake with icing that I couldn't help but have a really big chunk! Oh and a toasted currant t cake! Positive I've gone over but seeing as tomorrow is definately going to be a gain I just thought sod it! Shall definately be back on track tomorrow and will be saving any points I have for the Indian meal on Friday yum yum

Well just as I feared it's a gain... A 3 lb gain! I'm really hoping that it's all water retention ( wishful thinking) and that with a bit of hard work this week il start together myself back on track. Do feel gutted, if I'd made good choices this week I would have been closer to the 9's:(

Don't worry hun, it will come off in no time! Probably just is W.R , Come next week probably have a big loss like 5lbs :) just keep at it and don't let it get you down hope your having a good weekend xxx
 
thanks everyone for popping by, been a long day at work today but im happy im home now and lo is tucked up in bed and oh is preparing for his trip away this week with work.

today ive had

b-cheerios and milk -2.5, banana 1.5 (4)
d-0 pt butternut squash soup, banana 1.5, quavers 1.5 (3)
1 celebration chocolate ? (1)
mkchicken sandwhich 6, 2 chicken nuggets 2 (8)

16/20 - 4 saved for my curry night out on friday, think alot of saving is going to be needed this week and lots of soup and veggies being eaten to save some points lol
