Suzyflo's food diary....back on the wagon, target reached, now I need to stay there!!

Thanks Quins, happy new year to you too, I'm sure you'll get back to where you want to be in no time, considering all the socialising you've been doing I think you bhaven't come off too badly at all. Did you get you ipad app sorted ? I had probs with mine, some of the buttons not working & kept freezing, I deleted mine and reinstalled, so far so good,

Been to weigh in today, pleased to report a maintain, right on target still :D not bad going as I was out at a post Christmas do last night and lots of eating and drinking of alcohol took place!

I probably won't make weigh in until Wednesday next week due to being at work so will have to be good for an extra couple of days, that said, hubby and I have just shared a portion of chippie fish and chips...very nice too!!
 
If you fancy chippie fish and chips, why don't you and Mrs Quins share a portion like me and hubby do, that way you don't do too much damage. I usually find the portion size is too massive to have a whole one anyway.

My grandma got some chips the other day and I swear they could have fed a family of 5 the portions from a choppier you wouldn't dream of cooking up at home! Xx
 
Definitely generous portions! I was almost tempted to get fish and chips for tea tonight but I resisted and had beans on w/m toast instead... How good was I?! x

Need to start recording my food, I know I said this a couple of weeks ago but I've been too lazy.
I missed a weeks weigh in and then got weighed last Tuesday and was 10st 4.5lb so was +1.5lb, still under the upper limit of 10st 6lb but a bit too close for comfort.

Red

Hexa: milk
Hexb: porridge, w/m bread

B: porridge with graze scandi berries (3.5)

L: scrambled egg on w/m toast. muller lemon greek yog (1)

D: pork steak, carrot & swede mash, green beans, carrots & peas, oxo cube gravy. irish diet yog.
