SW Food Diary - bikini body

Haha, I did have a sneaky peak, yes usually the LM ones, but recently had some from a butchers that claim to be syn free and they were really good for BBQing. I counted a couple of extra syns just incase they were lying to me lol but really good. In the past I've had sausages from sainsburies that were 0.5syn, in fact I think I'll be on those tonight as not many left in. I eat a lot of sausages?! Lol

If they're the BGTY ones from sainsbury's apparently they're now 1 syn as the recipe changed (along with the packaging).

Is that the frozen ones?

Oh I don't know about the frozen ones, but it definitely applies to the fresh ones.

So chuffed! Lost 3.5lb this week :)
And got to my target that I'd reset earlier this week. It was my interim goal but I'm a lot smaller at 9st 7lb than I have been in the past, probably from the exercise.

So I'm happy with this for now. Once I've maintained for a bit, I may look at going for a lower weight but think this is good for now.

Won't be here for long though all inclusive in Egypt next week... Woop woop

Huge congratulations! Well done Jennie! Xx

It does indeed Emma! Although I want try and get below it as a buffer for going away next week.

And I don't get my certificate until I go back to my own group :-(

Congratulations on the loss and getting to target!

Thankyouuu! I made a decision to alter my target to 9st 7lb a few days ago, because I am pretty much in 10's now, but I recon if I lost a few more I would still be quite happy.

So I'll go on holiday and try and stay around 9st 7lb until September time, and then I might try for before Xmas to get down to 9st. I'm unsure of what I'll actually look like at that kind of weight, but we will see.

At TARGET for now though :)

Food today
B: Apple, strawberries, weetabix and skimmed milk

S: Apple.

L: Tesco tomatoe and onion pasta (Dried packet -syn free :) ) and a salad. Melon and grapes. Weight watchers yogurt.

S: Banana

T: Unsure? I'm thinking maybe a mushroom omelette and jacket potato with some veg? Just so it can be a green day... haha

Extra Hex B!

They were ! I was very surprised!!!!
Loving it though. I'm still sticking to normal plan as I would like to be as low as possible for holiday.

Friday! And last day in work before holiday next week. Super excited.
Had a bit of a traumatic evening last night, parked up and went for a run, got back to my wing mirror smashed off on my lovely little micra :( managed to curb the craving of eating every chocolate biscuit in the house and stuck to choc shot, pops crisps and a weetabix oaty bar.

Todays Food Diary
B: porridge and skimmed milk, with strawberries. Apple.

L: Salad with tuna and sweetcorn. 2 hard boiled eggs. Melon, pineapple and grapes.

S: Banana.

T: Spicy prawn curry with rice.

That's awful about your mirror. Especially before your holiday :(

Tell me about it. I've just taken it off and taped it over, or rather my dad has. Will just leave it now until after holiday I think.

Hey up Jens, food sounds good for today, I bet you're so excited for your holiday day. I'm well jel lol.

What a bummer about your car wing mirror, I hate it when people do that! Why not take more care, or even still leave you a note to say sorry and that they'd pay for the damage.

Have a good day! :)
