could i plz ask advice on longley farm bio vff natural yoguart... is it free?

seems to thick to be free book only lists ba nat youg by longley what that is i dunno lol

Just had my shopping delivered and instead of Shape Zero I got Shape delights 0% in strawberry and raspberry flavour so put them through the online calculator as free food, yoghurt, and they came up as FREE

They are showing on syns online now mainly free or half a syn. x

Just checked on syns online:

BA Natural Yogurt, Virtually Fat Free, 100g FREE

I think it's probably the same one, since they're both VFF and natural

perhaps the ba stands for bio active which small print waffles about on pot

NEW recipe shape zero

these have been rebranded as shape delights zero and have a new recipe. using the tool on sw online i put the nutritional info in and selected free food as yogurt and it came out as 0 syns still would this be the correct way to do it? because without the free food it says 4 syns...

just would like confirmation and peace of mind please thx

Yes you are right, it gets a free food allowance for the ff yoghurt - they come out as either free or half a syn depending on flavour.

It shows online 2 of them that are free strawberry being one of them but the free ones are both 100g value the other ones that are 1/2 syn are given as 120g value. Confused now. I'll wait till the morning and put them through the calculator.

Ok running it through the calculator and for free food, per serving and serving size 120g
cals 70, protein 7, fat 0 & carbs 13
its FREE

No they are not, the yoghurt is just standard so has a syn value. Sorry

For example most of them are 5-5.5 syns each on all choices

:cry:it seems only the strawberry and the cherry ones are free the rest are 1/2 syn
The raspberry one is my favourite. And it all because off the extra calorie the raspberry ones are 79 and the strawberry 78
