I'm dairy intolerant but found a Tesco low fat lactose free one today, it's not fat free so how do I work out how many syns in it as it's 2.9g of fat per pot ?
Have you access to the online Syn calculator?
You enter in calories per 100g
Protein
Carbs
Fat
Package/portion size
If you enter the name of the yogurt into Syns online it might come up in search
In the book...
Dairy free yogurt alternative
Plain...125g pot 0.5 Syns
Fruit....125g pot 2 Syns
You enter in calories per 100g

I know you stated "Activia Fat Free Yoghurts - All Varieties" are syn free but does this include the 'GRAINS & NUTS' ones, as they are 0% but I am thinking they might not be due to the nuts?

Wow thanks. Restarting again tomorrow after losing 32lb on Keto then stopping for some reason. Yogurts all seem to have changed in 5 years
I believe Tesco 0% fat free Greek yogurt (200g for 50p) is free.
And the finest 0% Greek too
Sorry if this is a ‘healthy living’ yogurt like in your post as I can’t find any healthy living ones online in my Tesco so I’m probably just wasting your time xx

0.7g fat one? I think is 0.5 syns x

Yes, I can confirm that. The Danone Activia Yogurt Grains & Seeds, Quinoa & Seeds, 0.7% Fat, 120g pot, counts as 0.5 syns.
This one: Danone Activia Yogurt Grains & Nuts, Walnut & Oats, 120g pot, counts as 4 syns.

Hi, does anyone know the syn value for nestle lindhals pro + kvarg that contain 15g of protein per 150g pot & contain whey casein. They’re lower in sugar less than 5g compared to muller lights. I believe the kvarg’s that don’t contain the whey casein are 0.5 syns is this right? Thanks

Thanks so much. So the strawberry one contains whey casein as does my fave blueberry one so I’m hoping there’s only half a syn in this too. If not I like the white chocolate one.
