Can any one tell me what the syns are in asda smart price low fat yoghurt i just grabbed it as they had no plain mullerlights but i now think it has syns in it as i read it wrong (thought it said fat free)

Hi Slimmingdown12 If it's the Natural Yogurt you are referring to it's 2 syns per 500g pot

Anyone got the syns on the greek style aldi yoghurts - coconut flavour.

I know the lemon and strawberry ones are free.

Just seen the new muller light flavours OMG!!!! (on fb) not all free but no more than 1syn. Strawberry cheesecake, banoffee pie, coconut & lime, apple pie, lemon cheesecake. Says they will be in supermarkets 16th march

Pretty sure they're free (using comparable NV from a known yoghurt) - SHAPE FF Coconut & Pineapple. Not as nice as I'd hoped but nice enough.

I'm going to assume they're free until someone tells me different
