My pack of Ainsley Harriott cous cous says you get two 140g servings from the pack or in other words the packet makes 280g of cooked cous cous.
At half a sin per 100g you're only talking about 1.5 sins for the whole packet so still really good value and a great standby.
I quite often take them in a tupperware type box to the office for lunch - just add boiling water, pop the lid back on and five minutes later a great lunch. I usually add some extras like halved baby plum tomatoes and chopped dried apricots (sins) to bulk it out and get my veggies in.
