How many syns in mini milks? I seen it somewhere but cant find it, its a nightmare trying to find things in this thread, has anyone thought about archiving it? lol
Hi guys. My mum was at her class the other day and she was told that the Ainslie Harriot Tango Tomato cous cous was free. So I happily tripped along to Morrisons and stocked up, only now I find out it is not free!!
It says 1/2syn / 100g but I'm a little confused as to whether this is dry, or made up etc. So was wondering if anyone knew how many syns were in the whole packet made up on a green day??
Avlaing, it is a bit confusing I agree. It means 100g dried weight then cooked without butter or oil is 1/2 a syn, you have to syn those 2 seperately. I'm not sure how large a normal packet is but 100g dried weight would give quite a lot when cooked I would imagine.
