aaaaah, so if I just be a good girlie and have lets say a few table spoonfuls shall we say its just a couple of sins then ??:confused:xx

ok here goes...

This is a extra light cheese think 5% it says... if I put the fat etc down can someone confirm for me please would this come under the HB..

100gm carton and this is per 100

120 kcal
Protein 10.
Carbs 8.6
Fat 5

It says 6 syns per 100gms so is that counted as a hb and how much could I have?

Thanks all x

Mmm well isn't all very low fat dairy free... and I am sure this would come under this? Or can be used as very low fat soft cheese.... on a HB??? Surely someone must know?

Hiya, someone asked something similar the other day, i'll copy and paste what I wrote to her:

Just looked in my book for you, you can't have it as an HEX A but for your HEX B choice on GREEN you can have any one of the following:

  • 42g cheese spread
  • 42g full fat soft cheese
  • 57g medium fat soft cheese
  • 85g low fat soft cheese
On Red and Green the only HEX A cheeses you can have are various hard cheeses, cheese triangles, or Primula light cheese spread.

thanks Sapphire... yes that is what I have on my pages.... it also says that you can have oh .. let me go get it lol.. right I am back not that you really knew I was gone...

It says.... ver low fat dairy products.... Green Free Foods...

Oh didn't want it as an A.. but I had it as a B on my spud... thanks again.

Morning all!

Does anyone know how many syns in the Weight Watchers rice pudding pots and the tins please? I've tried making my own with a muller and pudding rice which is ok but sometimes I just want 'normal' rice pudding and the Ambrosia ones are fairly high so just wondered if the WW ones were any lower.
Thanks :)
