me again,
im making myself an odd mini roast got a turkey breast, veg carrots and broccoli, roast pots and then i really want to make yorkshire puds how can i make then less syns?
if i use skimmed milk 1 egg and flour (how much) how many syns would it be ill use milk as my HEXA

Just looked online and 28g yorkshire pudding is 3syns. I'm not sure if that helps. I guess it already takes into account that eggs are free. For future ref the Aunt Bessies 8 pack bigger and deeper ones are 4 syns each. Might be an idea to keep some in the freezer.

OMG, OMG...I've already eaten this whilst the site was being updated.
PLEASE could someone check the syns of Lidls Linesse (sp?) Vanilla flavoured low fat fomage frais? It was mental-lush. Tasted like thick home made custard to me.
OMG....I bet it's one of those shockers, with like, a million syn! lol

sorry i dont no that one but it shouldnt be 2 bad being low fat 
would i be right in thinking a standard candy cane is 2 syns? i couldnt find candy cane in my book but it says 28g of boiled sweets are 4.5syns and the candy cane only weight 12g and that was with the wrapper on as well?

WEELLLL...I've just been and bought anouther tub of this today as I thought about it all night! lol lol I was really hoping some kind soul would haave known the syns for me, before I got stuck into my second tub! lol It's only 0,2% fat, so I'm SURE it'll be okay-ish!?! lol

Im as usual unsure what to have for mi tea, so after hours of thinking ive decided on
healthy actifry chips (sunflower oil, 1 tbsp) ????
Fried egg in frylight
ravioli (tin of)????
I seen somewhere raviolli was only 1.50 syns for the full tin, yes i can eat it lol. Leaving 2 syns for the oil (am i right?) so a total of 3.50 syns for a huge plate full of chips, egg & raviolli
And if theres anyroom free rice pudding for afters, oh i love this diet lol.

Yep ravioli1.5 syns I know olive oil is 6 syns or 1heb for a tbsp

Quorn is free on both. Its yummy as well could only find boiled sweets as 4.5 syns per 28g. Did find out that average size candyfloss is only 3syns wow

I looked it up but it couldn't find it. I reckon its all the same. I was shocked at how few syns ravioli was.
