LOL, we've all done it. Those who say they haven't are in denial ;)

Biscuits are a trigger food for you then. You've learnt something - that's good! :clap: You now know you can only eat biscuits when someone's around to take the packet off you. Are you like me - ok until the packet's open?
 
I could quite easily do 1500 on biscuits ;) I agree with Lily! Just draw a line in the sand :) as long as you enjoyed them it doesn't matter ;)

Lol! I'm actually fine with open packets, I can stay away from then no bother but as soon as I have something sweet that's me, I go on the absolute rampage! I cannot limit sweet things at all!!!

Yesterday I had almost all the.hobnobs. a stale Rusk, a lone lollipop, a half.sucked Freddo the baby didn't eat, and husband brought in double deckers so I had that too. I am.disgustingly greedy with sweet things. So until I learn more self control I'm not going near anything sweet. Need to reign self in to control this week now.

New plan: down day today.
Up/im tomorrow
Down Saturday
Up/Sunday
Down Monday.

Going to try make Friday a im day, if I don't succeed I will try for Sunday, if I don't succeed not a big deal I'm sure it will be ok, lots of u seem to have two up days in a row and seem to be ok.

Once when I was on ww, to try and control my sweet beast I carried a crunchie around with me Nd it seemed to stop me throwing everything into my mouth, hope this works. So I am going to do this again. Teach my self control again. Only thing is today is meant to b a run day :-/ I might use some exante products today to give me enough energy to run.

Well that's what I am telling myself. All it was two up days, well one up day and an up.up day lol I suppose we just need to change our mindset. I bet on any other diet we wud have given up yet here we are somehow yesterday was just a blip day on our diet lol.so all we so is change our pattern n put yesterday behind us :) onwards and downwards. Weight loss is a journey with a few bumps along the way, life isn't plain sailing. Why sud weight loss be? X

I'm 18 stone Started a few years ago at 21.10 after doing slim fast and weight watchers I used to go up and down between 6lbs then started slim fast last week. Lost 5lb in four days. Then started juddd 6 days ago. Lost 3lb so far and am loving it!! Want to lose 2-3 stone by October the 1st. I'm off to Florida and want to fit on the rides! X

Well, my dad only has a couple days left before he flies back out to Dubai n having hardly seen my kids (and me) due to poorly mum (mine), he dedicated today as a day for us. With or without min. Well mum is determined she is coming too, anxious or not. So we e going along to our local seaside resort, lovely. Except traditionaly it involves dish chips n ice cream! I wonder if mum will bother if I don't have any, wonder if I am strong enough.

Just checked mfp n there is nothing from chippy I cud have for less than 500calories. Ice cream seems to b not too bad, as in I can have some but no nutrition on it so no way I cud run tonight. I just hope she is ok with me not eating, hopefully too much else going on so I'm not the stressor...

Having a much needed down day! I had one on Monday and then a very up week. Going to put it down to the fact my dad was home and had little control on daily activities. My plan is to use up my vlcd packs (2weels worth, just to finish them) n then onto a strict Mon Wed Fri down days and sat sun will b one im day and one up day. Also going to stop weighing (maybe) and limit it to once a month due to natural fluctuations of.body and juddd diet. Which is when my need to be strict is at its greatest. Although I'm already doubting I can stop weighing lol. My goal is a.size 14, toned and ability to run 10k... X
