Lol! I'm actually fine with open packets, I can stay away from then no bother but as soon as I have something sweet that's me, I go on the absolute rampage! I cannot limit sweet things at all!!!
Yesterday I had almost all the.hobnobs. a stale Rusk, a lone lollipop, a half.sucked Freddo the baby didn't eat, and husband brought in double deckers so I had that too. I am.disgustingly greedy with sweet things. So until I learn more self control I'm not going near anything sweet. Need to reign self in to control this week now.

Going to try make Friday a im day, if I don't succeed I will try for Sunday, if I don't succeed not a big deal I'm sure it will be ok, lots of u seem to have two up days in a row and seem to be ok.
Once when I was on ww, to try and control my sweet beast I carried a crunchie around with me Nd it seemed to stop me throwing everything into my mouth, hope this works. So I am going to do this again. Teach my self control again. Only thing is today is meant to b a run day :-/ I might use some exante products today to give me enough energy to run.
