feeling quite sick today, not sure why. cud it be the diet? does anyone else get this?? i missed my run last night as wasnt home till after 8 n when i did get in my husband had made me dinner as he knew i wud be feeling a bit rotten n emotional when i came home, which was obviously very nice of him but as same time i wud have liked it if he made dinner whilst i was running, pathetic i know. nightshift tonight so wont get out running today n i have no babysitter tomorrow so will be without sleep all day so not sure i will manage a run when husband gets in from work. i will try stay motivated tomorro n go when he gets in! dont wanna miss out a week of my traning.

hoping this sickness passes soon! husband asked if i cud be pregnant, i blooming hope not..... x
 
I sometimes feel nauseous on an UP day before I have eaten if that helps ? My OH always asks me that if I even mention feeling nauseous, bless him after 5 kids I think he is prepared for the worse ha ha. Hope you get through today okay x
 
MIL took my babies, totally unexpected! so i managed to get my run :) and whilst out i was thinking, i have the exercise mastered, i have the down days sorted, most of the time. I just need to knock 1000 calories off my up days and i will have this diet mastered! although if that is my only flaw just now i will take it, having a really hard time just now, a lot of emotional stress and considering it all, i am happy with the way things r going! happy to stabilse weight for a bit n increase exercise n tone up. happy to lose also but not the main focus at minute. x

had a major wobble! done far too much yesterday n made myself pretty unwell. my body was really really struggling n rather me looking forproperfuel i just binged n was for throwing the towel in! i was actually so poorly. but been reflecting a bit and have decided just to drop my runs on my down days and to use my calories better. so i am still here but doing ti quietly, my mum is already stressing about me n my dieting n exercise (mum had a breakdown recently). i am going to catch up woth everyones diaries later/tomorro, i hope u r all well. you guys r amazing xxx
 
Oh do be careful hun, sounds like a good decision to slow down the exercise on DDs - hope you're feeling better now? xx
 
Hope you are better now hun, I don't think DD s and exercise are a good idea as your body is running on empty so to speak, save it for your UP sand you will be fine, take care xx

I'm out. another failed down day. gonna put it on hold just now. its like I'm fine when nothing goes out of plan but as soon as something changes I just eat. so going to go away n come back Monday morning on a down day. going to weigh on Tuesday n make that my weigh day as I don't ever work Monday nights. so for a lot to work out but sort out my eating habits n I'll come back x
 
Its really tough when you work shifts, I used to be a nurse so I always used to work shifts and it played havoc with any diet plan I happened to be on. Good idea to take the weekend off to re evaluate, see you Mon hun xx

I am here, 5lbs heavier than I was when I started! I am just going to keep my head down and get on with it. Will keep reading everyones diaries cos they r very inspirational.. I think I have just had diet fatigue. Going to make some soup and use it! stop aiming to fast and going to aim to have 400cals a day, I think I will have more success this way! too much too soon maybe x
 
A good DD will get rid of most of those 5lbs, concentrate on your DD to start with, stick to your limit religiously. Don't worry about your UP s too much get your DD s right first. They are the magic days and are much easier to stick to if you have good UP days, if you think you are having way to much on your UPs wait til you get in your rhythm with your DD and then try to get more control ocver them, does this make sense? Good luck, you can do this, one day at a time remember x

this is great advice, thank you. thank you for taking time out ur day to encourage me! i have made spicy veg soup, which os very low in calories. jus had some of that and feel very full! only thing i will say is i need to up my fluid intake, otherwise dd is going good! def need to stop trying to fast just now... x
