T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Thanks, was actually a really good evening, catching up with people I hadn't seen for a while. So with the gins, last yesterday ended on 13 syns; happy with that!

Up early for body conditioning today.

B- strawberries, banana and apple with fat free Greek yogurt.

I think I'm going to try something from the new Med book tonight.

ooo new favourite foodie website! Some really interesting articles and great recipes on here (I haven't looked at whether they can be food optimized, but I can't see it being too difficult!)

The Daring Gourmet - Grappling Each Dish By The Horns
Will check that out later :)

Hiya, will reply properly when I'm on my computer rather than phone!

Only the 1lb off. No delayed onset weight loss then... And annoying after a 100% week
It's still 1 off going in the right direction :)

Hm 2 more G&T but no alpro! Still ok on the syns
So much for diet coke eh? :D:p

Can't beat a night out catching up with people :)
May order that book....people at group were talking about some of the recipes in there :)

I did start the night on diet coke. And stayed within my syns anyway, so not worried at all.

Honestly, the book is gorgeous! I'm cooking from it tonight.

L - HEXB wrap with HEXA halloumi, smoked salmon and sweet chili sauce (1.5). Packet of shapers crisps (3.5) and sugar snaps, carrots and cherry tomatoes.

D - herbed gnocchi in tomato sauce (from the new book!) served with a bit salad and parmesan on top (2)

Quark for pudding with options (2) and PB2 (2.5)

Total syns for the day: 11.5

Gnocchi was tasty, but not quite right! I would suggest chilling the mash over night to get the right texture, plus the sauce was a bit watery when cooked to their instructions, so I'd probably reduce that down a bit more.

B - blueberries (giant ones!), banana and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - I think it will be a HEXB wrap with veggie bacon. (TBC!)

D - pasta bake with HEXA of cheese

L - wrap as above, with a LC light triangle (1.5) and a packed of Shapers crisps (3.5) With loads of fruit!

Hummus made for this weeks veg. Eggs and potatoes boiled for salads. Feeling relatively prepared. Need to plan evening meals in as well, but I have a fair idea of what's going on!

I think I'll probably have an Alpro later (5.5) - so a total of 10.5 syns for the day.

Can you send me some of your organisation please! I am feeling very unprepared! Have a good week :)

Hah it's pseudo-organisation! By simply having salads for lunch all week, I can feel more sorted easily.

I may end up with salads again this week too lol, they are nice and easy!

Yup, easy and actually really filling. I have a mix of spinach, watercress and rocket. Then add hot smoked salmon/prawns, beans, boiled eggs and new potatoes. Tasty and all totally free

That's the sort of salad that I really like! I am not a fan of lettuce, but I do like the rocket, watercress and spinach combo. Sainsbury's do a lovely pre-prepared one , can't remember everything in it, they call it an Italian Peppery Salad. It has rocket and watercress plus some others.

It's my absolute favourite salad mix!

But late getting started today, thanks to an absentee bus and a busy start at work! So annoyed, would have been on time, had it not been for the fact that I agreed to do over time this morning. Not the best start to the week. Was flipping freezing waiting outside for about 45 minutes as well!

B - blueberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - smoked salmon, new potato, bean and egg salad. Free yogurt. Fruit

D - gnocchi in tomato sauce and roasted veg (1 syn for parmesan)

S- HEXB wrap with HEXA LC light and Marmite. More fruit. Radishes, carrots, sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes with hummus.

Will work out the rest of the syns throughout the day! Looking forward to Pilates tonight.

Awesome Pilates class! Looking forward to dinner.

Going to have quark with options (2) and PB2 (2.5) afterwards.

Total syns for the day: 5.5

Argh running late AGAIN; there had been an accident on the motorway, so the bus driver decided to go the back routes. At least I managed to get them to cancel my overtime this morning, so I'm not late starting work again.

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - Prawn, egg, bean and potato salad. Free yogurt. Fruit.

D - TBC, will be something from the new book I think!

S - fruit. Veg and hummus.

Do it! I am a little bit in love (and half my team want to "borrow" some recipes from it!)

Tell me about it; morning travel is not my friend at the moment

Right - HEXB of toast with quark, Marmite and PB2 (2.5)

Dinner is going to be the nacho-style feast from the magazine, but with Quorn mince (0.5). Using Low Low spread as my HEXA (no primula in tesco or Sainsburys!)
And an Alpro for pudding (5.5)
Total syns for the day 8.5

I'm liking the sound of your dinner! I haven't had a proper read of the new mag yet, but will look that up :)

Hope tomorrow's journey to work is a better one! :)
