T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Yup - let damage limitation commence!

B - blackberries, blueberries, banana and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - jacket potato and cottage cheese. Fruit. Free yogurt.

D - Cod Provencal with new potatoes.

S - fruit. Sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes.

Will work syns/healthy extras in during the day.

Not feeling my best today... didn't sleep well at all and feeling pretty drained. Awful weather doesn't do a lot to help.
 
Wednesday... I do love the fact that we're at the half way point already. Gym after work tonight.

B - blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - Cod Provencal with new potatoes and salad. I halved the recipe and it still made loads! Skyr yogurt (1 syn) and fruit.

D - pasta bake with HEXA of cheese.

S- HEXB alpen light x2, sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots, fruit.
 
Thursday! Getting ever closer to the weekend. AND I've just realised that I've got Monday off work, so a short one next week as well.

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - the last of the cod provencal with new potatoes and salad. Free yogurt. Fruit.

D - trout (if they have any in stock), but either way it will be fish of some sort.

S - fruit. Sugar snaps, carrots and cherry tomatoes.

Will work healthy extras and syns in during the day. No WI tonight, because where we weigh is a poling station, so that pleasure is delayed until tomorrow!

I'm really hoping that I've minimized the damage from the weekend... but who knows!
 
Absolutely and I totally did a happy dance when I got off the scales. Just shows that getting back on it can do damage limitation.

Saturday! And the start of another three day weekend for me hurrah.

Off to body conditioning in a bit. There's a new producers market open in town this weekend, so hoping to pick up some tasty bits there too
