T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Here's Monday again! Decided to weigh at the Wednesday evening group this week. I'd rather stick to evening, so I don't get a false weigh like last time. Off to the gym in a minute for another class; don't like to eat too much before the gym, so just having some plums and strawberries before I go.

B - HEXB1 "coats" with spiced pear.

L - leftover stew and curry mix.

D- quorn sausages with swede and butternut squash mash. (I know that things like quorn sausages aren't strictly SP, but discussed with my consultant and she agreed that they'd be ok once in a week, just to change things up!)

S - fruit and veg sticks.

Syns: cocao mint bounce ball (8.5) M&S mini coconut meringues (3.5) - total for the day: 12
 
Long day, because I'm riding tonight, so need to make sure I have plenty to munch on with me!

B - "coats" with spiced pear. I added an extra carrot and egg white to make it more filling. (HEXB1)

L - last of the leftovers!

D - quorn stir fry, with butternut squash noodles.

Snacks - lots of fruit. Carrots, sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes. Will also take scan bran for my second HEXB to have with cottage cheese. And will take some cheese for my HEXA.

Syns - Coconut macadamia bounce ball (8.5) and I will get a Nakd bar as well.
 
All set up at uni, with enough food to sink a small boat! Looking back over what I did yesterday, I'm actually feeling more positive.

Syns will be on the bounce ball and sauce for the stir fry.

I have Babybel lights for my HEXA (not had them for ages - it's the small things that keep me going!) Big bottle of water on the go and going to try and stay away from the coffee today! (I drink it black anyway, so no syns, but I don't think it did a lot to help my headache)
 
Morning all! Managed to juggle things, so I'm actually going to weigh in tomorrow as normal. I'm interviewing my consultant today, for my Leadership module at uni.

B - apple and bear spiced "coats"

L - swede and butternut squash mash, with whatever salad bits I can summon from the fridge!

D - Quorn chicken curry

Syns: Apple and cinnamon bounce ball (9) and M&S coconut meringues (3.5)

Total syns for the day: 12.5

As usual, will have plenty of fruit to snack on
