Fingers crossed! Was home late tonight, because of having my hair done - it's now a rather bold blue and purple! Grabbed some cheese for my HEXA and will have my second HEXB of alpen lights for pudding.
 
Saturday! And back to the gym day - booked to do two classes this morning, but will be taking it relatively easy. I have work this afternoon, from 3-8. We have a wedding in, and they're usually good fun to work.

B - spiced pear "coats" (HEXB1)

Not sure what I'll have the rest of the day, but confident that it will be another good one on plan
 
L - Scan bran (HEXB1) with HEXA of LC light. Beetroot, mini carrots, cherry tomatoes, sugar snaps and hard boiled eggs.

D - going to make Quorn meatballs in a vegetable and bean casserole type thing.

Syns: coconut and macadamia bounce ball (8.5) and Nakd cocoa crunch (5) Total syns for the day: 13.5

Will also have some fruit to snack on
 
Bit achy this morning, after gym classes and lots of rushing around at work!

Leftover's being saved for lunches at uni - which makes more sense!

L - HEXB(2) scan bran with HEXA LC light and salad with Shapers crisps (4.5) and a bounce ball (8.5)

D - roast trout and vegetables, with swede wedges.

Total syns for the day: 13
 
Here's Monday again! Decided to weigh at the Wednesday evening group this week. I'd rather stick to evening, so I don't get a false weigh like last time. Off to the gym in a minute for another class; don't like to eat too much before the gym, so just having some plums and strawberries before I go.

B - HEXB1 "coats" with spiced pear.

L - leftover stew and curry mix.

D- quorn sausages with swede and butternut squash mash. (I know that things like quorn sausages aren't strictly SP, but discussed with my consultant and she agreed that they'd be ok once in a week, just to change things up!)

S - fruit and veg sticks.

Syns: cocao mint bounce ball (8.5) M&S mini coconut meringues (3.5) - total for the day: 12
 
Had alpen lights for my second hexb. Will add cheese to my fake mash for hexa.

Not sure when that will be! Feel like my coursework is one step forwards, 2 back at the moment! But at least I'm on plan
 
Long day, because I'm riding tonight, so need to make sure I have plenty to munch on with me!

L - last of the leftovers!

D - quorn stir fry, with butternut squash noodles.

Snacks - lots of fruit. Carrots, sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes. Will also take scan bran for my second HEXB to have with cottage cheese. And will take some cheese for my HEXA.

Syns - Coconut macadamia bounce ball (8.5) and I will get a Nakd bar as well.
 
All set up at uni, with enough food to sink a small boat! Looking back over what I did yesterday, I'm actually feeling more positive.

Syns will be on the bounce ball and sauce for the stir fry.

I have Babybel lights for my HEXA (not had them for ages - it's the small things that keep me going!) Big bottle of water on the go and going to try and stay away from the coffee today! (I drink it black anyway, so no syns, but I don't think it did a lot to help my headache)
 
Morning all! Managed to juggle things, so I'm actually going to weigh in tomorrow as normal. I'm interviewing my consultant today, for my Leadership module at uni.

B - apple and bear spiced "coats"

L - swede and butternut squash mash, with whatever salad bits I can summon from the fridge!

D - Quorn chicken curry

Syns: Apple and cinnamon bounce ball (9) and M&S coconut meringues (3.5)

Total syns for the day: 12.5

As usual, will have plenty of fruit to snack on
 
Thanks Mini! I'm feeling hopeful, although I've realised that there is no exact science to this SW and weight loss malarkey! I'm back to exercising this week, so fully aware that I may not see the result I expect.
 
Your hair sounds fab!!

Thanks Caz! It's actually a similar colour to your 3 and 3.5 stone stickers! Today was hard, long day, but home now. I break from uni work tomorrow, because I've got work work instead

It's porridge with grated carrot added in - "carrot oats". Super tasty and filling.

B - "coats" with spice pear

Hi Kay! Thanks for popping by, more the merrier. Well, I've just weighed and I am absolutely gutted. Gained 4lbs. There is absolutely no reason for it and I am rather pissed off! And not what I wanted after a stressful day
 
Re-weighed and the scales said 3.5lbs instead. So slightly better... I just don't understand! Granted, back to exercising this week, but it's never made that much difference! I did drink loads of water today. But there's no point in analysing it too much
