T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Sunday, and I'm off to uni shortly to get this work sorted.

B - spiced pear "coats" HEXB1

L - veggie mince with salad leaves.

D - roast root veg with trout fillets.

Not sure on other healthy extra's or syns yet. Will pick up plenty of fruit to snack on though
 
Some progress made... I think the end of project management may just about be in sight.

Syns update: Proper Corn pop corn - the smooth peanut and almond is lush! And totally worth 6 syns.
 
Just got in from uni- absolutely knackered! Had a Nakd bar for 6.5 syns earlier.

Hadn't had my 2nd B choice, so switching to EE and decided on Pasta in Sauce for dinner, because it's so late... Only to find out my BF had just eaten it. Not a happy bunny. Luckily, I have some of the old Super Rice- cheesy rice it is!
 
Morning morning, having a slow-ish start, because I'm so tired after yesterday. I'm also working 12-8, which is always a bit of an odd shift, especially food-wise.

B - HEXB1 spiced pear "coats".

D - Roast root veg and trout.

I think lunch will probably be a two part affair; I'll have something before I start and something during my shift.

HEXB2 scan bran with HEXA LC light. Then salad and fruit
 
L is going to be salad with prawns and hard boiled eggs (1 syn for sauce)
 
Decided not to have lunch- been on to go at work so just picked at fruit. Naughty brownies attacked me, so will count that as all of today's syns
 
Glad I've got a horse riding lesson booked tonight; stress relief much needed!

L - egg and prawn salad (1 syn for dressing)

D - Quorn stir fry with butternut squash noodles. Sweet ryvita (HEXB2) with sweetened lemon and orange quark.

S - fruit. Cabbage and beetroot slaw, mixed with LC light (HEXA)

... I hope! Typically having a hungry day, whilst trying to get uni work done.
 
So cross with myself... Got my dates confused, and should have been at the hospital today. I have a feeling syns may be flexible to some extent... Struggling with deadlines!
 
Right - line drawn. Yesterday wasn't as bad as it could have been; a packet of crisps and a bar of chocolate. Riding lesson last night was just what I needed; some time out to relax.

Brownies successfully navigated! Will have ryvita for my second HEXB, with sweetened quark. And will have a HEXA of cheese on my chili
 
Chili last night was lush; couldn't get any black turtle beans, so used a mixture of pinto and black-eyed, with LOTS of smokey chipotle Tabasco. Delicious. Had a lie in today, I was super tired and realised that I wouldn't have been very productive anyway.

L - cauliflower rice and chili with salad leaves.

D - TBC, probably fish and roast veg.

S - got plenty of fruit and veg bits with me to snack on. WI tonight...
 
STS last night, which I'm not overly disappointed with, it's been a hectic, and not totally on plan week.

Flexible weekend! We ended up going out last night and had tacos from the street food market for dinner (amazing!) Taken a stroll around the food markets this afternoon, treated myself to an ice cream and a grilled cheese sandwich (Camembert, SO good) and we're out for dinner tonight for a friends birthday. Busy, busy. Then uni tomorrow and I'll be straight back on plan

Thanks Mini - we ended up in Meat and Liquor, where they actually had quite a lot of veggie options. I had a halloumi and mushroom burger, which was amazing!

Today should have been back on plan, but it ended up being majorly stressful at uni. Essay done, but tomorrow is going to be a day of exam prep. Chocolate and crisps were consumed. But my lovely OH cooked diet coke quorn for us when I got home at 10ish!
 
Sounds like you had a lovely time, burger is making my mouth water...

Chocolate is good for brain power...it probably helped with with all the stress:cool:

We did have a lovely time, and we weren't even out too late, because I knew I needed to get up. Had a good nights sleep last night, so up and ready to go! Right, let's see if we can get back on plan.

D - TBC, I'm leaving the other half in charge again today.

S - hard boiled eggs and spinach. Fruit.

Determined that chocolate will not feature today... at least not in giant quantities!
 
Exam day. I will just be glad once this is over! We have more deadlines, but at least it won't be crazy like this last week's been. Not sure what will happen food-wise today, but will try to be on plan as much as possible.
