T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Ok -water purchased from SU shop, along with a pack of Pop Chips (4.5 syns), and a tin of spaghetti hoops. I have melon and mango from Sainsbury's, so I should be ok! Also armed myself with a large black coffee. Let study commence!

Bit gutted... Half a pound off. Just frustrating after two 100% weeks. The nurse did tell me that it could still be post-op related. I also know that I am drinking LOADS of water - which could also be affecting things.

Oh well, on wards and down wards! I know that I have a meal out tomorrow (and that will involve drinking) It is also Balloon Fiesta this weekend, so that will involve extra syns too imagine (which means I will probably have a great loss next week)

Today is off-plan, which I am fine with. Having a lovely chilled day with my OH; bucks fizz for breakfast, followed by a walk, lunch and a few drinks. We're off out this evening for dinner as well.

I have needed the Prosecco today to deal with the absolute hell of dealing with gas companies!

The whole gas thing is almost at the laughable stage now! So many phone calls...

Had an absolutely amazing meal out. And got to spend the day with my best friend.

Morning all! I think the plan for today is to get chores done, so we're set for a free weekend.

B - baked oats are in the oven now! (HEXB) I've used a bit of custard flavouring. And will serve with apples and blackberries.

L - leftover pasta.

D - TBC

Hopefully try and get some meal planning done as well. I'm seeing my specialist at the hospital next week, and my GP - I want to get the bottom of whether it's post-op that's making me struggle to use weight

Aw I just had a text from my consultant to say I've been nominated for woman of the year! Especially lovely, because I wasn't even there yesterday evening.

L - going to have 1 syns worth of extra light mayo (1) with my pasta.

D - Sainsbury's veggie burgers - they're not on the app, but we worked them out at 1 syn each on the calculator. I've also got some of the Perfect World ice cream to try! Annoyingly, all of the measurements are in ml (same on the app), but I've worked out that 71g will be 6.5 syns (I am SO excited to try this!)

I will probably also have a packet of popcorn (2.5) at some point during the afternoon. And I need to have my HEXA of cheese

Total syns for the day: 11

Forgot the half syn for oil with dinner!

And I ended up mixing LC light triangles into my pasta for my HEXA.

I'm now restocked on scan-bran, so I am going to try lots of different things with that this week. The plan is to syn it; it will limit more unhealthy syns and hopefully boost weight loss! Fingers crossed.

So, actual total syns 11.5

Hoping the weather cheers up a bit for the balloon fiesta this afternoon! I'm not sure whether today will remain on plan or not.... But either way, I'm not too worried. I can get straight back on it tomorrow and throw in a couple of SP days for good measure.

B - frozen cherries and fresh raspberries and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt. (I haven't had frozen cherries for ages, and I'd forgotten how much I love them!) Along with a bowl of leftover sweet potato wedges (1 ish syns for olive oil)

Weather has obliged, so we're going up this evening to watch the night glow and fireworks. I am being a little bit flexible today; mainly because I want a few ciders in the sun. Hopefully I can pull it back this week, if not, never mind: I am over obsessing about food and letting the scales rule my life.

I walked a very long way... it may have counteracted the cider. But I think the pizza that's due to arrive shortly is all my own....

Back on it! And for whatever reason, my body-clock decided that 8 am was an acceptable time to be awake on Sunday. So up it is - although I've only moved as far as the sofa! Think today is going to be pretty chilled out anyway.

B - frozen cherries and fresh strawberries with yogurt.

L - not 100% sure, but it will involve scan-bran! (HEXB)

D - I think is probably going to be a veggie cottage pie

Will update syns and healthy extras once I decide!

Thank you! It was the boost I needed to keep me going this week. It's lovely to have been nominated, especially as I wasn't even in my normal group last week.

L - SW version of a ploughmans! Lots of veggie bits, scan bran (HEXB) and LC Light triangles (HEXA)

D - we've decided on veggie cottage pie. I'm quite looking forward to it - I fancy comfort food at the moment.

Syns: bag of popcorn (2.5), ice cream (6.5), olive oil (0.5)

Will update if I have any more

I've not been great at planning recently. I need to get my passion for cooking back! Got a few meals in mind for dinners this week:
Sausage and baked bean pie (yes, more comfort food!)
Risotto (not sure what variety just yet)
Bulgar wheat something - probably roast veg (similar to the giant couscous dish)
Probably a curry of some description

I feel like I'm cooking a lot of the same things at the moment, so I am going to start going through old magazines and planning again.

I want to get my spiralizer out again soon. I've seen some interesting recipes with kohlrabi noodles, so that may be making an appearance at some point! Had a free Mugshot this afternoon. And a nap! Seems that despite waking up early, my body was actually tired!

Watched the show jumping this afternoon, which was exciting! And just saw Max Whitlock win the gold on floor. Amazing!

Ok - so the day is ending on 9.5 syns.

Tomorrow is going to look something like this:

B - fruit and yogurt.

L - cottage pie leftovers

D - blue cheese and mushroom risotto (HEXA of LC light blue triangles and syns for some real blue cheese!)

The plan is to go up to uni and do some work. I will take my HEXB of scan-bran with me to have with some cottage cheese. As well as plenty of fruit.

oops forgot I needed to pick up cottage cheese... so scan bran will be eaten when I get home! Greengrocer on campus is open today, so I have a HUGE carrier bag of fruit to keep me going, including giant peaches - yum! Although I've just eaten a nectarine and discovered a tiny but very sore paper cut on the tip of my finger- ouch.

Coffee and a bag of popcorn (2.5) to get me through the afternoon slump. I just popped outside for some fresh air... so lovely out there, and here I am, stuck in an IT lab.

Buses are the bane of my life at the moment! At least it was sunny, whilst I was waiting I suppose! Got home and had my scan bran with cottage cheese, sweetcorn, spring onions and cucumber (delicious!) Just watching a bit of the gymnastics, then on with dinner.

HEXA of LC light will be added and then it's 0.5 for olive oil and 4 (it's probably just under, but better safe than sorry) for some real blue cheese!

Then pudding will be ice cream (6.5) with frozen cherries.

Total syns for the day: 13.5

Super speedy day today, with loads of fruit snacked on (including GIANT peaches!) hopefully that might help counteract the excess of Saturday.
