My god i agree with you. No having to buy special foods, no feeling you're missing out, no inferior foods. I will check out the 5 hour fast things.

2 x Jaffa Cakes = 92
Twix = 228

Exercise = 1.5hrs Walking
Water = 3.3litres

Total Calories = 1,883

DD tomorrow. Can't say i'm looking forward to it as i feel quite hungry today so i'm thinking i'm going to feel the same tomorrow.
 
Well i can certainly recommend potatoes either on up or down days as they are dead filling. Seems strange as i have avoided them over the past 10 years because of low-carbing!!!!
 
Omg i've just had a major stress attack just because my plans for my DD meal went down the spout! All day i've been waiting to have a bowl of weetabix with sweetener and strawberries and then when i went to make it at 9.20 tonight there was no sweetener!!! It was like the worst thing in the world!!!! Hmmm clearly people need to stay out of my way during a fast day! My OH told me to just use a bit of sugar and but nope... I wanted to sulk and eat something fairly rubbish just to spite myself! Lol. Honestly you'd think it was the end of the world! Anyway here it is:

UD tomorrow and having lunch out with Mum so not having an eating window tomorrow. Just a normal UD :)
 
My OH likes to take my food, when I 1st started dieting I had weighted measured out my small dinner, and put his massive dinner on the table and what does he do but start eating my dinner - I was so cross I bust into tears and had a big temper tantrum - WTF did you touch my dinner when you had your own F'ing plate etc answer; yours looked nicer just wanted a bit..!! Almost threw all his dinner including plates in the bin!

He had Eaten 1/2 my dinner which had taken 30 mins to prepare and I was so hungry!

He still does it now!! But he looks at me when he takes a bit.. saying you need to eat less I'm helping you! After almost 7 years I'm getting used to it.. And just grit my teeth and sigh!! Replace item he ate off my plate with a bit off his plate.. Or I eat before he gets home ;)
 
Oh its so frustrating when you've spent ages weighing out your food and your partner nicks it! I feel your pain Mis-behave. I remember when i did S&S last year and all i had were the packs to eat and every time my nephew came round and saw me drinking, what looked like strawberry milkshake, he wanted it and when i used to refuse my brother would get sulky and moan and say things like "just give him a bit", etc A bit!!!!! All i've got is a BIT! When you have so little, every bit counts!

Well i don't know how i did it yesterday but i managed to eat an absolute tonne of food! I also ate way too much chocolate. Just one of those days i guess. Can't really be bothered to list everything but here's a brief summary:

Total Calories = 3,189 :eek:

Today is my final DD of the week. Can't make my mind up whether to have anything to eat or not.......
 
Haha yes i did Cambridge a couple of years ago and my partner used to take a bite of my choc bars even though there would be loads of other stuff in the house he could eat and couldn't understand why i would be all choc bar bite monitorish.
 
STS this week. Bit disappointed but mainly because it'll be my TOTM next week so that'll be either a gain or a STS. I also took my measurements today and there's not a massive improvement there either tbh. Oh well. Lets see what this week brings.

We all have weeks like that, that's what I love about this diet it's easy to keep on going with it - scales are bizarre and hormones even worse - I'm sure you'll keep losing. I'm waiting for totm too so almost no point in weighing in!
 
I've had to change from the combined pill to the mini pill due to all the headaches i've been having and already my body is messed up. Had nothing but break through bleeding since i started so i'm not overly hopeful for my weigh in on Saturday. But you never know. Stranger things have happened. Anyway i can't really be bothered to go through exactly what i've eaten so think i'll just run down the actual calories consumed and then at the end of the week do a breakdown. Last week was as follows:

Weekly Average = 1567.14

Thought i'd done rather well today and only had just over 1500 cals for the day only to discover i've forgotten to add my home made juice. Whoops.

What home made juices are you having? I've seen some really good juicing documentaries over the past few weeks - I'll be getting a juicer this weekend.
 
Thanks Pencils. I just throw on an orange, lemon, apple, kale, carrots & celery. Which documentaries have you been watching? I saw Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead a few months ago. Was really interesting but no way could i do what he did. I used to make a juice religiously every day but last few i just could not be arsed to wash the juicer so i didn't bother!

Well i went completely over my calories yesterday. Had just over 700 on my fast and i've eaten a load today as well. I'm also on my period so not looking forward to getting on the scales on saturday.

Got my MRI scan tomorrow and as yet i've been unable to locate any items of clothes without some form of metal in! Really don't want to have to wear a gown!

It was actually quite scary. I couldn't actually believe how close i was to the top of the machine when they put me in and because it was a head scan i had to have this cage type thing put over my face. It took ages and because i was stupid enough to put my hands across my stomach when i went in my right arm went completely numb and they'd told me to keep still so i couldn't move! I did move my fingers though, otherwise i was going to have to press the emergency button! Still its all done with now. Can get back to my DD. Now to eat or not to eat......... And if to eat... What?
 
I've had one done for my shoulder, was noisy and cramped - not a great experience ! Hope you get your results soon.
