Soooo it got to about 5:30 and the headache from hell was creeping up, took a syndol and now feel high as a kite!!! Desperate to stay up to watch dragons den and never mind the buzzcocks but unsure if my eyes can stay open. Just had veg soup. Got curried chicken breast and green beans for my protein meal tomoz; sooooo exciting hahahaha x

Yep move up to ss+ before u give up. I couldn't do ss, even the first time around, I only lasted a week but ss+ really really makes so much difference! X
