Chin up stay positive you can rein it back in hun I've got a bad week, out for a curry tomo and drinking sat! So I very much doubt I'll loose this week or next but will try stay within my points

Dinner: chilli con Carne (no rice)

Hi all,
Been totally AWOL as I haven't been on plan. Eaten absolute s*** and now feel like absolute s***!!! I've had a meal out, subway, school dinners with dessert blah blah blah! Time to try and save myself
 
Had a huge bowl of coco pops with skimmed milk and a tea =9PP
 
U can get back on track tan, least u haven't carried it on xx
 
Went to Asda and bought lots of lovely foods. Also bought a coconut wafer (like pink panther wafers) which I thought would be low, worked out the points after and it was bloody 7 points!!! So so mad!!! X
 
I've done that before, buy things u think are gonna b low pp n work out a lot more :-(! is it ur weigh day tomorrow? X

No it's on Tuesday but to be honest, I've been so bloody bad again I feel like I won't have lost anything! I'm still exercising quite a lot but eating way too much, been crappy foods too! Need to sort it out badly! 26 just seems so low!
 
I know it does seem low I feel like I've lost it again but I can't even seem to make all the points due to laziness. I'm going shipping tomo so that will help with ideas

I know I find it really hard sticking to 26, maybe try sticking to 28 or something n see how u go xx
 
Yeah I've gotta really really try!! My friend is starting tomoz so hopefully it will spur me on to be good x
