Great peak there!! Let us hope it lasts hihi. I often have days like Monday, where I weigh the least of the entire week. It is quite weeird to be honest, weight fluctuates and my Mondays are always lowest. I have my WI on Friday/Saturday and it is never less than my Monday weight.
Body is a funny thing.
Totm really screws it up too hahah.

Whoohoo! I love fresh weeklies. Try to keep em as long as I can but tend to cave afe a day or two....

Baked beans jacket, is a jacket potato? How do you make those? Probably really stupid question, but I always buy the ones you can microwave....

Yeah jacket potato.
Wash potato and stab all over with a fork: microwave on full power for 5 mins
Heat oven to 200o c and I sprinkle potato with salt to crisp up and cook in oven for about 40 mins to an hour (depends on size) x
