I lost half!!! Stupid periods!!!! I'm not worried though; it's still gone down and I know why it's not much because I've tracked and weighed everything!!! Xxx

I do eat fruit but I'm conscious not to eat too much x

good lol. Craig is doing nutrition today and said its the worst thing to eat on a diet then I sat and thought the week that I hardly eat fruit I lose more. too much sugar which is prob why ww used to point it xx

good thing about the fruit, I tend to eat quite a bit but my losses are still quite good. If I notice its slowing down I will look at fruit hehe.

Some if my dinners this week include:

Chorizo and chicken pasta
Tomato n mozzarella salad
Sticky prawn stir fry
Fruity wings with sp chips and corn on the cob
Spaghetti bolognaise
Oriental soy and ginger chicken with Babycorn, sugar snap peas and red pepper with either rice or noodles

Maybe a take away Sat but not sure yet x
 
What is "fruity wings with sp chips" ? It sounds nice.

Your foods sound very healthy. Didnt read your entire diary but, do you have an OH and or kids? If so, Do they eat what you eat as well?
