Ahhhhhh!!! My problem is that I hate to feel restricted by 26 a day and I like a few weeklies to play with but I know I can do it! X
 
I know hat feeling haha. Well, get your sports on hihi. Earn some nice AP ;) I try to do that when I want a snack, sport first snack after.

Yeah I do earn lots of AP's in a week. I try not to use them but I did use a few last week. I will use them if I need to though :) x
 
I never know how many I earn so donr think of them. had a good shoulder workout this morning feels good. I now have a proper workout so for the next 2 weeks its only 8 days of training so gonna bang some swimming in xx

Ahh cool. I'm mainly training at weekends now and just doing whatever I can fit in mid-week x

yea at my gym you cannot get on anything I don't start cardio until week 3 so feel like im going backwards but I know by week 12 ill be awesome haha illl take before and after pics xx
 
Morning!!!

I was so good last night and had exactly as planned from the Indian with a little side salad and lemon juice sprinkled over. I was really jealous of everyone else's curry, rice and naan tho oh and poppadums!!!

Just had my porridge and a banana. I have Pilates this morning and I'm going to do a short run after as well, get my running head back on. Plus I'm walking to the gym so I should clock up about 9AP today.

Dinner today is chicken and chorizo wholemeal pasta in a spicy creamy sauce. I made it for the first time last week and its bloody lovely!!! X
 
Pilates and a 3 and a half mile run done. Need to keep a focus on the running again now! Perfect weather and got a few summer runs lined up. :)

Good jon you for being good, you deserve a compliment hehe. Do you have the recipe for that pasta? I am not too much of a fan of spicy but the boyfriend loves it. :) May surprise him with it ehhe.
 
Boil water for pasta, cook chicken and chorizo. When cooked, add a tub of creme fraiche and some chilli pesto. Drain pasta, add to chicken and chorizo with sauce and mix all together x

Ok so I've had a few AP's today but not been too naughty. Felt so hungry as I did double exercise today.
Breakfast:
Porridge and banana = 7

Muller corner =4
Apple
Ww popcorn bar =2
Smoothie =2

Chicken and chorizo pasta = 19

Total = 34PP
 
I just googled Muller corner because you eat it often and I had no idea what it is, looks nice. Which flavours doyo have?

Sounds lovely haha. I always thought muller cormer was 1 type of yoghurt lol. Now I find out there are lots of different flavours haha, I was wondering why you werent done with the same breakkie yet but its not the same at all ;)
