Does having a light dinner minimise the damage? ;) When I eat a lot, I try to have a low pp soup or smth for dinner. :)

Had soup for lunch! It's just one of those days where I could literally eat all day!!!

Know the feeling, I have that sometimes especially now I am not feeling too good,.. Gosh. Could eat a horse, lol.
 
Soooo I've used 12 weeklies today on my dinner. Been such a fat pig all day :(
Here goes....

Muller, museli and banana=7

Milk allowance =3

Fruit =0
Glorious soup=6
Rice Krispie square =4
Ww fudge piece =2

3 ryvita with laughing cow=4

Salmon, butter, sweet potato mash and veg=12

Total= 38PP
Weeklies=28/49 left xx

Coco pops = 5

Pilates at 9am

Dinner: roast beef dinner =21

Total=26PP
28/59 weeklies left

I'm making a low fat dessert and need to work out the points but I'm making banana, kiwi and pineapple topped with coconut cream and meringue :)

Honestly though, aside from using weeklies this day looks pretty good food wise. I dont think you're a fat pig at all hon x

Well I walked to and from the gym, earning me an extra 2 AP today, so 6AP earned today in total :)
Soooo excited about my roast dinner later :p
