Had a lovely day off! I'll pay for it on the scales tho lol!!! Oh well, 26PP a day till Thursday now :)
I've had:

Museli/yog/banana

2 meringue
Ribs/cheeseburger/chicken/salad/bread/sausage/rice

Banana bread x2 slices :)
A good splurge now and then doesnt harm weightloss too much I reckon. I am sure you will be fine, if you get a sts you know its only because of stomach content and salt ;) You cant gain 1-2 pounds of fat overnight, that would be insane. If I had that I would have been much bigger LOL. Instant fatgain.. Sounds scary.

As long as you enjoyed it thats great. Cheeseburger sounds yuummm. I may have to find me one to eat this week haha.

Good luck getting back to work tomorrow after the day off :). I always struggle getting back into my routine when Ive had days off.

Yup. I mostly hate getting up early, on my weekends I go to bed late etc.. Good luck ;) with the lovely kiddies.

I've had sooooo much bread and I'm so bloated!!! Awful lol. I don't feel tired which means I'm gonna be up for hours and knackered tomoz! X

Bread is bloating, I have that too when I have too much. I once went out for sushi and used like 70pp on it, I know insane but still on plan, it was all you can eat sushi. I had so much food I was ill for two days. :p My loss that week was great though hhah.
My stomach also gets upset when I eat foods that are too fatty, my body somehow rejects it. A real pain.. :rolleyes:

Hiya!!!!

Booked a holiday last night in Spain for a week in August. 9th August we fly. I've decided I'm going to have a couple of days off tracking. The bank holiday has thrown me out haha! My new ww week starts on Thursday so I'm going to restart on Thursday. I know I've gained, I'm prepared for it. I'm going gym tonight so at least I know I'm still exercising :)

Dinner: sticky prawn stir fry
 
Holidays are good incentives to stay on track. I think cos I went with my mum n sister I didn't care as much as I would if I'd have gone with my oh. ur doing really well chick. What's ur goal weight? X

Thanks Hun. It's only a total of 3 days: yesterday, today and tomorrow. I'm going to try not to go mad but I know if I focus on points, I'll end up eating more, because I know I've eaten wayyyy over anyway! X
