When your birthday hun?

I'm a bit the same about crimbo, I do really like it but I loved it as a child, it was magical. Times like that make me think we should have a little one in our lives x

I will be 25 on the 2nd of december :) my dad's birthday is the 4th, I was the best early birthday present ever, even if he doesn't believe it ;)
 
Yesterday...

I did go a bit wild at the kiddies party, had a few snacky bits and a cupcake. Left my roasties at dinner and only had chicken n veg. I k ow I went over but oh well, whatever!

Today:
Shreddies (frosted) =4
Skimmed milk for day =3
 
I've literally been rubbish. This is my problem, once I've had a naughty weekend, I feel like there's no point carrying on till after weigh in. It's a massive psychological issue for me. I know I've gone over weeklies, so I think, oh well I'm going to put on anyway. I know that I'm making it worse and coul have probably pulled it back but no, I went and ate loads of fudge today! I'm so p****d off with myself!!! I can't eat cereal either because I was bloody starving by 10am. Been shopping tho so I WILL start afresh tomorrow. Think ill have an omelette and salad for dinner tonight x
 
I used to be the same hun, it's taken me 4 years to learn that it isn't worth it.

I guarentee you won't have done as badly as you think, plus you can always earn point by exercise, so for arguments sake lets say you went over all your points by 10 it's only 400 cals, it takes 3500 extra calories than you need after dailies and weeklies to put on 1lb

10 points can be easily earnt, an extra 70 is just not worth putting on a pound for.

I hope that came accross right I didn't want it seem rude.

Focus on the fact you stuck to it for 6 days rather than one day where you had a couple to many points xx

you know you can do this, it's just looking at the situation and going " actually I've done well to only go over by x points instead of xxx points :)
 
Had a cheese n mushroom omelette with salad for dinner followed by a lemon mousse thing.
 
So today... Haven't tracked, don't even want to imagine how many points I've had...

Frosted shreddies n milk

Beef broth soup
Activia yogurt
Fruit n grain bar
Fudge (probs about 10 small chunks- not even exaggerating)

Cheese n mushroom omelette with salad
Ww lemon mousse

Disgusting :(
 
Tuesday

1 toast, lurpak and tea =5

Ham n cheese salad with salad cream =5
Go ahead orange crispy slices =3

Chilli con carne (no rice) = 12
Ww Greek yog =1

Total 26
I won't be going a point over......FACT x
 
Ahhh tano don't give up keep strong for the rest of the week then Thur clean slate....start over x

Thanks chick!!! I'm determined, I know this plan works if you're dedicated and that's how I need to be! Back on it from tomoz and come Thursday, if I gain, I know why! X

Thanks Hun. It will only be a higher gain if I carry on and think sod it till after weigh in!!! I've made a lovely salad for tomoz for lunch :)

Yr doing so well as yr weight now is my target weight. Don't worry about some fudge!! :) I'm sure u will be fine xx
