How do you reckon i got to 21stone? I do love my grub! I used to be obsessed with what I was eating all the time, now I'm on ww this time round I'm soo much more relaxed and it has really helped with my paranoia and bad habits surrounding food, I haven't got a perfect diet by any means but it's tons better than it was :) Weight watchers just clicked for me when other diets haven't I'm not sure why it's so different as I made all the same pledges and had the same reason's to lose weight as I have every other time.

I officially love weight watchers. I'd love to drop 10 stone over night, but it didn't go on that way, so it won't come off that way. I'd love to be one of those people who could stick to a VLCD and get to goal in 6 months, but I've tried them before and it was just honestly torture. whereas weightwatchers is perfect for me!

Sorry for going on, I'm sure you don't want to hear it but I got carried away! haha!

Have a great day :)

150% agree... WW is a realistic way of losing weight healthily and enjoyably.. And that's so important as its a life change.. not a diet..
This ProPlan I think has suited lotz more people for the long term.. I know I only lasted a couple of month doing any program previous.. I started this journey in Jan 2011 and OK i've had bold weeks and slipped off the wagon a couple.. But never for long stretches and I've always maintained at least...

Definitely agree! I just find weight watchers more realistic than other "diets" I used to do slimming world and always felt like i was going without, yesterday I had a foot long sub, if i was on sw I would of blown it for the day and would of gone off track and probably fallen about 6 miles away from the wagon, but on weight watchers it's perfectly ok. Tonight I fancy a steak pie (i never eat pies) but on sw i would of made it for tim, then spent the rest of the night thinking about it and would of had it anyway and once again fallen off the wagon. (even though I probably didn't want it, but just had it because I was "missing out")

I can have whatever I want and I find I don't binge on food anywhere near as much because I can have what ever I fancy and not what "i think I should" I haven't had a binge in a couple of weeks which is a record for me. The counting does get on my nerves a little at certain times and I'm have trouble eating my point's sometimes (my eating patterns still aren't the best but much better than before but thta won't change over night!), but I won't have to count everything forever.

I agree with that sw is only if you stand for hours cooking something....you cannot go out and have. Nice dinner without packing your tuppa wear.!!!! Ww all the way baby xx

it's was ok when I worked as I had access to amazing kitchen at work, but now I'm at home I don't want to spend all day cooking and washing up, but also just can't afford all the fruit and veg and lean meat I was consuming. I know it's silly but a pie that cost 50p with pots and salad is alot cheaper than spag bol made with extra lean mince, low fat cheese with a massive fruit salad for pud.

i just found it cost so much money constantly needed fresh things and then id turn veggie coz could never afford anything but pots lol

there is so much more to ww and its everywhere x

I do love me veg I must say and love that fruit is free now on WW.. Tho I know that was the case on SW too..
But I've only ever done WW and its always worked.. but the new plan with the option of the safety net (49 weeklies) I feel its much better..
I do love cooking so buy bulk, cook bulk, and freeze portions.. great for those lazy days when I can't be ar5ed cooking.. I can still have a fresh healthy low PP meal without turning to processed crap!
Tho I cook for me.. I don't have to worry about a hubby or kids so its OK for me...

Had 2 PP left today. I shared a small slice of birthday cake (from work) with another teacher, so I've used those 2PP plus I've decided not to have butter on my baby pots and called it 3PP. A normal slice of celebration cake is 5-6 points so that's about right x

OH MY GODDD I've just realised my weeklies start again from tomoz!!!! Happiest person in the world!!!!!! :D

Yahoo fresh start xx
