Hi all,
Today it's been snowing like mad, been soooo cold but got to leave work early-hurrah!!!
Have felt sooo hungry today and I think it's due to my run yesterday.
Today I also had a sponge and custard at work, so that will be my cheat meal for this week.
Today: 2 weetabix n skimmed milk
Seafood selection with salad, coleslaw and couscous
Sponge and custard
Almonds (snack)
Dinner: chicken n peppers in a bag
Brown rice
I'm not going back out in the snow so just did 30 mins if my David haye DVD! Only stopped because someone came home hahaha!!! Oh well! I will use today as my rest day this week xxx
