Gosh, I used to have digestives with butter on when I was young! I just thought it was a weird thing that I used to do!

Morning everyone :)

Today will be busy busy.
Bran flakes for breakfast today, need a change from porridge

Lunch: chicken wrap with salad (cheaty)

Gym: row then weights session with abs (40 mins)
Spray tan

Dinner: poppadums with mango chutney (cheaty)
Home made low fat balti with brown rice

Even though I've had 2 cakes an a couple of digestives already this week, that combined with a wrap and a few poppadums make up a fair cheat meal I'm thinking hahaha x
 
I've just found them on there website, looking at the NV's there is hardly anything it it! Not even calories! You'll have to let me know what it's like x
 
Today:

No gym, mad rushing around after work and now tanned up. Soooo 5 days off the gym holy f***!!!! This scares me hahaha.

Bran flakes

Chicken wrap n salad (like hot chicken fajita)

Peanut butter
Poppadums n chutney
Chicken n spinach balti
