ProPoints Tano's back...

So after a lack of exercise, 2 naughty days of food I weighed myself and am the same!!! Hahaha this makes me very happy!!! :D
 
Finished work and went shopping so haven't done any exercise since last weds. Back to it tomoz with a core class. Will do some weights after.
Today's food:
Bran flakes and skimmed milk

Tuna in vinegar, salad and Cous Cous

Dinner was picky bits coz we worke late: celery, carrot, pâté, cheese and lots of little sausages, followed by a small millionaire shortbread square

Then when I got in, I ate Brazil nuts and natural yogurt with honey. Bit of a naughty day today!!!
 
Bloody pancakes...

Ok so today:
Bowl of bran flakes

Almonds
Chilli con carne (no rice)
3 pancakes (1 sug n lem, 2 Nutella)

1 hour class at gym
Cod in garlic and herbs with salad

I've decided I'm giving up coffee and all cakes/desserts for lent!!! Here goes.....
 
Hahahaha well today went tits up!!!!

Went gym then went to see my nephew for his birthday who saved me a square of cake... So obvs I had to eat it. Then It was so late, we ended up getting a KFC.... Fillet Rowe, chips, chicken piece and coleslaw.... A very very very bad day!!!! Starting fresh tomoz, not weighing until next sat! Not this sat! Will do measurements then too.
Lent tomoz: I'm giving up coffee and cakes/desserts..... Back to strict Tano tomoz

Hahahaha well I'm not weighing till a week on sat, or measuring! I don't want to know the damage!!! X

I'm sure it won't b much but I'd do the same! Nice loss for u a wk on sat :) x
 
Day 1/40 no coffee no cakes/desserts

Already the lack of coffee pains me as will watching the kids have "pancake morning" at school today lol!!!!
So far.... Porridge n honey

Almonds and fish is ready to go for lunch too :)
 
The end of lent is whilst i'm on holiday so all those giving up the nice things for lent will spur me on with my little holiday challenge! x
 
Run cancelled till tomoz so I'm doing a weights class at 7pm instead.
Today:
Had porridge n honey

Almonds then a mackerel salad

Crisps came out at work an I resisted :)
Cane home and had 1tbsp peanut butter and natural fat free yog with honey

Dinner is garlic and herb cod with salad :)
 
Oh and my lack of coffee is pain!!!!!! I missed it so much this morning and before lunch!!! Had 3 cups of tea instead
Cake-wise I'm fine hahaha (for now)
 
Ooooh yep they're the ones!!! How big are they? Should I have 1 or2 with salad? X
