Hahahaha it was amazing!!! I'm still doing loads of exercise so hopefully the damage won't be too big!!! I have a Chinese tomoz night too which I'm excited about :D x

Didn't have the onion rings in the end. Was lovely tho. My steak was a bit ropey so I ate what my sister left haha! X
 
Got a 2 hour fitness event today which I'm looking forward to. Bloody snowing again which is a pain as I HATE running in the freezing cold, it gives me a headache. Bobble hat needed for tomorrow's run I think lol! Not sure what ill eat for lunch yet but out for a Chinese tonight :) x

ohhh Chinese yum. I haven't had a takeaway since moving in im so proud of myself. we had a shop near me that sold a yellow la lakers bobble hat. I really want it x
 
Lunch was apple and blackberry porridge (healthiest thing I could have a I'm still at my sisters) hahaha! X
 
2 hours gym smashed!!! Just ha a cup of tea and 6 crackers: 2 dry, 2 with blue cheese and 2 with pâté :) deeeelish x
 
My Chinese was bloody lovely last night; broke my lent and had cake too.... Oh well! Still haven't had coffee and I WON'T!!! I ate so much, wouldn't know where to start.
I ran 11 miles today, my furthest run yet. I'm so happy! It's an amazing feeling :)

Brazil nuts
4 squares 85% dark chocolate
Protein shake

Dinner is steak pie, carrots, peas, green beans and sweet potato mash :)

Hi Tan, I've been lurking your diary for ages now because I'm a weirdo haha. You've motivated me to join the gym when I get paid this week! Don't think I'll ever be able to run as far as you but everyone has to start somewhere right? ;)

Whooooop you can do it! When I started, I could only run for about 5 mins, then walk, then run again!!! After Xmas I'd never ever have thought I would run this far. Joining the gym is an excellent start! Find classes you enjoy an try not to get stuck in a boring gym rut, doing the same things as it won't last long. I RARELY use the gym as it bores me, so I do a real mix of things. U starting a diary? Xxx
 
I'm being naughtier!!! Having real roast pots and Yorkshire pud!!! :p
