Had my muesli, measure out, a teeeeny amount. I must have had so many grams before lol! So I had a banana too.
Got my egg salad and apple packed for lunch. And I'm soooo looking forward to my dinner tonight :p
Back to the gym tomorrow with a kickboxing class. Then Pilates Sunday xxx
 
Had my boiled egg salad and a fruit salad for dessert. Will probs give the fruit after dinner a miss now as I don't want fruit overload!!! X

Had a really good day today, planning food for tomoz as I feel better if I'm prepared. Defo going gym tomoz which will earn me 10AP :)

Did a food shop tonight... That's how I roll on a Friday hahah got some lovely dinners for the week but trying to use up a lot we already have in the cupboards/freezer.

Sat: ww sausages, baked sweet pot and beans
Sun: salmon in lemon butter, baked potato, baby corn and sugar snap peas
Mon: sweet teriyaki prawn stir fry with chilli noodles
Tues: ????? (Out so unsure)
Weds: green Thai curry with brown rice and green beans
Thurs: fruity chicken wings with sweet pot chips and corn on the cob :p actually can't wait for that one!!! Xxx
 
Up early, lovely to see some sun!! Had museli and skimmed milk with a coffee

Gym is 10-11 and I may stay on to do an extra 30 mins class, depends if there's space on it. I'm going to get my marking done and then may go to the pub later with a friend for a catch up! Then I have the boy later x
