Morning! I feel really rough this morning. My chest is tight and coughing up crap! Bit of a sore throat too. I think running in the cold has made it worse. I really think I need to hold off running for a few days so I may miss tomorrow and do a longer run mon/tues? I'll see how I am tomorrow. I just know I HAVE to be tip top for next Sunday hahaha!!! SOOOO excited about afternoon tea with my bestie today. I love the fact she has no idea too!!! Xxx
 
Gym done this morning

Afternoon tea was amazing!!!! :)

Dinner is prawn tikka masala with brown rice and low fat naan.

Bought a new dress for today: size 10! Whooop :)

Pah!!!! Dinner was Frankie n Bennys: BBQ wings starter and chicken breast sandwich with herb pots! That's it now-back on track! X
 
I had the naughtiest day ever yesterday!!! And the scales are up to 10st 5!!! That's it now, back to strict tan! A week till race day :)
 
This week is back to old Tano-strictly on plan. I want these 5lbs gone!!! Soooo I've just been shopping!!!
Breakfast is strictly porridge and honey or eggs

Lunch is Cous Cous and fish every day

Dinners are:
Salmon with broccoli and carrots with baked sweet potato
Steak with baby corn n sugar snap peas
Chicken ceases salad
Chilli n brown rice
Fajita chicken, peppers an baked sweet potato.

Massive carb refeed on Saturday before my run so this is mon-fri dinners but not in that order haha x
 
sounds good hun you know you can do it. I think we all get that cocky stage were we eat rubbish and think it's ok, then it sharp hits you in the head.

5lb isn't huge that will come straight back off. think about your journey you have been on and look at you now. did you ever think you would be going in for a run.

stay positive. ....a weight loss journey is the hardest accomplishment xx

Hahaha compared to my usual diet, this week has even bloody awful Bec!!! Back on it now!
